1 Plaza Business Park Hotel, Office, and Restaurant Sites The Plaza Business Park is designed A 115-room hotel, a 3,500-7,500 SF fast food restaurant sites with drive to accommodate the following: restaurant, a 3,000 SF retail pad, and two throughs. Plaza Business Park is a 30-acre master planned office and business park that is designed to be your first class destination in the Central Valley, rivaling other projects between Sac- ramento and Los Angeles. It has many employer and employee ameni- ties, a mix of larger scale offices, hospitality services, and retail stores. Your business operations will be enhanced with the high quality architecture and impeccable detailing required throughout the center. Shared parking will also maximize your investment, while providing adequate parking for your employees and customers. Plaza Business Park is situated to be the regional business hub for the South Central Valley. This building on this site will be the most visible structure in the center, with prominent visibility from the SR 198 off ramps and SR 99. A 1.1-acre Restaurant Site with capacity for up to a 7,500 SF building This site is located in Phase 1 of the Plaza Business Park on Plaza Drive. Thirty-two onsite parking spaces are provided plus an additional 50 immediately adjacent that are available through an onsite shared parking arrangement. A 4,500 SF Fast Food with drive through bldg, co-located with a 3,000 SF retail building. This site is located in the most prominent portion of the Business Park, on the northwest corner of Plaza and Crowley. It contains an entitlement for a fast food with drive through, 44 onsite parking spaces, with an additional 32 parking spaces are also available through a shared parking arrangement. Supporting signage includes a center identification sign, and a foot high tenant identification sign that is built in as an architectural feature. The project includes an outdoor patio that is shared with an adjacent 3,000 SF planned retail building.
