3 WILL ROGERS WORLD AIRPORT WRWA serves 1.2 million people in an area centered on the City of Oklahoma City Five major carriers with nonstop service to 20 major airports WRWA is one of the largest small hub airports

5 The land has served the airport well, but time to take advantage of it Saw an opportunity as FAA philosophy on use of airport property to develop this property Timing coincided with OKC s renaissance Updated the Airport Master Plan and ALP to include several areas of land to be designated as non-aviation use

6 FIRST STEPS The airport designated roughly 1,000 acres on the Airport s east side Comprehensive strategic development plan Community Stakeholder Coordination (Steering Committee, Technical Working Group, Utility Working Group and Finance Working Group, Developer Representation)

13 LEASING To adhere to FAA Grant Assurances, properties within the 1,000 acre project are available for lease only (not for-sale) The maximum lease term will be 40 years with ground rents based on current fair market values (FMV). Rental requirements may be offset through municipal or state incentives.

14 INFRASTRUCTURE Most of the initial infrastructure necessary for the Development Project will be completed by the Airport, including the realignment of the main thoroughfare and the installation of municipal utilities.
