POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Recreation Supply is designed to provide recreational equipment and supplies for the off-duty enjoyment of Mountain Home AFB members and their families.

2 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Recreation Supply is designed to provide recreational equipment and supplies for the off-duty enjoyment of Mountain Home AFB members and their families. In order to maintain an effective service, the following rules and conditions must be followed. Eligibility Military members (active duty and retired) and their family members, Department of Defense civilian employees, Reservists and National Guard are eligible to rent equipment. Please present your ID card. Equipment may not be taken more than 200 miles radius or 3 hours from base. Sit on Top Kayaks, SUPs & Canoes Reservations Full payment is required at the time the reservation is made. Canopies, inflatables, tent trailers and utility trailers may be reserved year round. Items that may be reserved include: Wall Tent Tables and Chairs Commercial Meat Grinder Travel Trailers (April-September) Utility Trailers Inflatable Structures Canopies Pet Policy Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED at our facilities or in/ on the equipment. If any evidence of pets are discovered, the renter may be charged a cleaning fee. Depending on the piece of equipment, the cost may vary. All equipment needs to be returned clean, dry and undamaged. The renter will be charged a fee for equipment that is returned dirty, wet or damaged. There is a fee for cleaning, repair or replacement of damaged equipment. Rental starts the day the unit is picked up. Cancellations Cancellations made within 30 days will only receive a refund, minus 5, if we can re-book the item. Coyote camper cannot be towed on dirt roads and cannot be used for hunting and fishing trips. Tow vehicle must be equipped with electronic brake controller.
