Reservations A Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of: 1) The return of our All Policies Acknowledged and Agreement Form completely filled out and signed. 2) Once the form is received we will take the appropriate deposit. That is, an $800 deposit for 3 & 4 day charters or a $1000 deposit for full week charters. Deposits can be paid by cash, cheques, money order, Visa or MasterCard. When the deposit is taken, we then , mail, or fax you, your confirmation letter confirming your dates, boat and the amount that is due upon arrival. If cancellation of your charter is made more than 60 days to charter date, the deposit less a $ booking fee will be refunded; if less than 60 days to charter date the full deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is 45 days or less to charter date the full charter rate must still be paid in full. No reservations will be made to persons less than 21 years of age. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED ON BOARD. Boarding The balance of the charter fee is due prior to boarding. Boarding time is 10:00am. If you are running late or know that you will be arriving later than the10:00 A.M. board time please call and make arrangements. The need to call us upon arrival is important as our office is not on site, thus If arriving from the south you need to call us from either Tisdale or Codette. If arriving from the north you need to call us from either Choiceland or White Fox.

2 Early Boarding Early Boarding has been priced affordable so our customers will take advantage of this feature. Early Boarding is $ plus taxes and insurance. Our goal for Early Boarding is at 8:00 P.M., or when the boat is cleaned and ready the evening before departure. The boat stays tied to the main dock for that night. Complete instructions will be given on the operation of the boat in the morning before you assume command. Important information regarding Early Boarding. Arrivals later than 9:00 P.M. will not be accepted. Damage Deposit The damage deposit is $ The deposit that was taken at the time of your booking to hold your reservation is also the damage deposit upon arrival; consider it paid. The damage deposit will be applied to - damage to the prop or houseboat - lost, broken or damaged inventory and or, an excessively unclean boat. This $ can also apply to the fuel that you use and for the propane for the hot tub use on the 12 person boats (50 boats) on return. If the boat is returned as the condition it was rented, the full deposit will be returned and you need only pay for the fuel and propane for the hot tub. Insurance Aurora Houseboats Ltd. carries a comprehensive insurance policy. For our 40 and 45 boat there is a surcharge of $30.00 per day of the rental. For our 50 boats there is a surcharge of $35.00 per day of the rental. Reminder, definition of Day includes the Early Boarding feature as well if booked. Should an insurance claim for any loss or damage occur; the client is only responsible for paying the first $800 of the deductible.

3 Breakdown - Weather The client shall have no claim upon the company as a result of any grounding or breakdown or failure of the boat, engine or equipment. When such incident is caused by the negligence of the client, the company shall have the right to make claim upon the client in respect to expenses involved in rectifying the matter. The company is not responsible for inclement or undesirable weather. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot supply the client with the boat chartered or a suitable alternative, the company will refund all charter fees. Additional Expenses Fuel and insurance is additional for all boats in our fleet. Fuel is paid at the end of your charter and you pay only for what you use. Propane, septic pump-out and parking are provided at no additional charge with the exception for our 12 sleeper / 50 boat as the propane for the hot tub is extra. We are located in the Nipawin Regional Park, just north of Nipawin. Thus, all vehicles and private water craft are required to purchase a daily admission pass to enter and a launching pass for your personal boats and jet skis. Or you may purchase a Seasonal Regional Park Pass (SRPP) if you desire as a SRPP is good for all Regional Parks in Saskatchewan. If you have purchased a Saskatchewan Regional Park Pass elsewhere it will be valid for Nipawin s Regional Park. Communication Tobin Lake has good cell phone coverage thanks to a new cell tower located on the north shore. However, Rogers Communication does not work in our area. What to Bring You will need a cell phone compatible with Sasktel, food, pillows, linens and blankets or sleeping bags whichever you prefer, bath towels, face cloths, hand towels, bath mat or floor towel, tea towels and dish cloths, camera, binoculars, flashlight, first aid kit, compact discs, fishing gear, beach chairs, cards and games and insect repellent.

4 For the Bathroom o Bath towels for showering and for the beach. o Face cloths. o Hand towels. o Bath mat or towel for the floor so when you step out of the shower no one slips. o Personal toiletries. For the Kitchen o Tea towels & Dish Cloths. It s important to bring enough for all the days you are here as you will be charged extra if we need to wash your dishes. o Food and drinks o Salt & Pepper and other spices, tin foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags for left overs or opened food. Some suggestions Some of our guests have brought paper plates, plastic cutlery and glasses and even disposable foil ware for the Barbeque cooking. Why? Due to the fact that there isn t a dishwasher and that there are only 8, 10, or 12 (depending on which boat you reserve) plates, cups, knives, forks etc. thus, someone is always doing dishes (3 times a day) and thus disposable is brought. Bedding for the 8 sleeper o There are 3 couches that pull out to make into a double size bed. o The kitchen table folds down to make into a double size bed.

5 Bedding for the 10 sleeper o There are two couches that pull out to make into a double size bed. o The kitchen table folds down to make into a double size bed. o In the loft there is a double size foam mattress. o In the little bedroom there are twin size bunk beds. To get to the loft there is a ladder attached to the wall and you climb up to your bed. Your head first, then shoulders, and then you crawl into bed. The height is approximately 4 tall only so you can t stand up once in the loft. We recommend the loft for those that are good with smaller spaces and for those that have good knees. The loft has 3 large windows and 2 of the 3 open. Bedding for the 12 sleeper o There are 4 bedrooms and each bed is double in size. o The kitchen table folds down to make into a double size bed. o There is a futon that folds down to make into a double size bed. On The Boat AM/FM C.D. player with an auxiliary input jack, lifejackets, life ring, fire extinguishers, map of the lake, tie-down ropes, propane barbecue, pressurized hot and cold water system and forced air furnace. All boats are equipped with Honda generators for 110 power. 10 gallons of drinking water are supplied. Although some of our guests still bring flats of 500 ml bottles and thus put their names on them. Cooking utensils such as serving spoon, flipper, wooden spoon, spatula, pasta spoon, slotted spoon, salad tongs, potato masher, bottle and wine opener, veggie peeler, can opener, ice cream scoop and an assortment of knives and cutting board. Dishes, cutlery and steak knives for 8, 10 or 12 depending on which boat you reserve.

6 For Dishes Dinner plates, bread plates, soup/cereal bowls, nappies, coffee mugs, drinking cups. For Cutlery Butter knives, forks, spoons, steak knives cutlery Other Kitchen Items Microwave, electric toaster and coffee maker (and filters), lettuce spinner, measuring cup, serving bowls, pasta colander, cheese grater, pots and pans, barbeque, barbeque lighter, barbeque utensils, barbeque cleaning brush, oven mitt and gripper. Cleaning Supplies Cleaning supplies such as dish soap, all purpose, degreaser and window cleaner plus cleaning rags. Brooms, one for inside and outside, dust pan, mops one for inside and one for outside, mop pail and ringer for inside and outside, shop vacuum. Garbage bags for each day of your trip, toilet tissue 2 for each day of your trip, one paper towel roll is provided.
