3 First let s take a look in the past... The Hercules GmbH is forced, to coat out the inside-bawn of the Indian Rhinocerus in the zoo of Vienna (A) in the year 2005: Attributes on the floor-system were: Imitation of the natural wildlife-habitat Highest wear-resistance and anti-skid Seamless coating including all build-in s and vertical areas 100% resistance against hydrolyses Layer thickness of about 4mm Temperature resistance (from -20 Cup to +140 C) Highest resistance against chemicals (exkrements, urine, mud and dirt, disenfectants) Possibility to move a BOB-Cat inside the bawn Easy to clean (daily cleaning with high pressure water steamer!)

The Hercules GmbH is forced, to coat out the inside-bawn of the Indian Rhinocerus in the zoo of Vienna (A) in the year 2005: The Horsefloor System succeeds: the rhinos can move around without any problems the floor-system is standing the daily cleaning-procedures and abhrasion-destructives without any comment Because of these outstanding results the Hercules GmbH was forced, to supervise the coatings with the Hertec UREA Horsefloor System for: the elefant-house in the zoo of Vienna inside-bawns of the highland-cows in the zoo of Vienna the elefant-house in the zoo of Aalborg

Elefant house in Vienna (A)... Overview: Description: The elefant-house in the zoo of Vienna is a large inside-room, which should become natural effects in colors and build-outs (trees, doors, rails).

Overview: Description: The elefant-house in the zoo of Vienna is a large inside-room, which should become natural effects in colors and build-outs (trees, doors, rails). A new water-basin is included. Targets: Floor coating with the Hertec UREA Horsefloor System, including all build-in s, vertical areas up to 30cm and coating out the water-basin. Area: 650 m 2 Substrates/underground(s): Old damaged rubber-layer with broken-out s, concrete.

6 Highland cows in Vienna (A)... Overview: Description: 7highland-cows bawns (boxes) for in summary 18-22animals Targets: Floor coating with the Hertec UREA Horsefloor System, including all build-in s, vertical areas up to 30cm. Area: 200 m 2 Substrates/underground(s): Old damaged rubber-layer with broken-out s, concrete, wood.

7 Elefant house in Aalborg (DK)... Overview: Description: 3rooms in the elefant-house of the zoo of Aalborg. Targets: Floor coating with the Hertec UREA Horsefloor System, including all build-in s, vertical sidewalls up to 3m height. Area: 400 m 2 Substrates/underground(s): Damaged and worn concrete.

11 The elefants will get a new living-room... Pre-works and underground-preparations are done: The new water-basin is worked out in concrete procedure : grinded, rolled out with a special epoxyprimer as moisture barrier, mixed with quarz-sand and grinded a second time.

12 The elefants will get a new living-room... Pre-works and underground-preparations are done: The inside-area is filled out with rubber-layers in different performances (elasticity, configurations) and rolled out with a special rubber-primer.

13 Pre-works in Aalborg... Also here the pre-works costs a lot of power -high pressure steam out old and broken concrete.

14 Scandinavian elefants also want to have a nice floor... Pre-works and underground-preparations are done: Special foam-mates are layed out on the underground, joint-filled and glewed on the surface with special primer.

15 Playing Christo... Masking works: Cover all objects to be secured with strong foils.

17 Playing Christo... Masking works: Secured area out to the audience, masked doors and door-rails.

18 Polyurea is coming in the zoo s... Prepare the materials: Place the drums and steer the amine-side well.
