8 How to book? General conditions Campsite and Stay Check availability before sending us your deposit. Tél : 00 (0) 0 le-paradis@perigord.com Then send in the booking form with your deposit. We will send you a confirmation by as soon as we receive your deposit. Reservation This contract is registered to a named person and is not transferable. The reservation becomes definite after the deposit has been cashed and the reservation confirmed by camping Le Paradis. Costs are as follows: Rental accommodation: % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs + cancellation coverage per week rent (optional). For a camping pitch: % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs + cancellation coverage 0 (optional). The reservation is carried out, as much as possible, in accordance with the wishes of the client and the capabilities of the campsite. Payment For a pitch on the campsite: the remaining amount of the holiday has to be paid on the day of arrival. For the rental accommodation: the holiday has to be settled 0 days before arrival date, without any reminder. If the payment has not been settled, the lodging will be considered as cancelled and the paid deposit will be kept by camping Le Paradis. If you reserve within 0 days before arrival, the total amount of the holiday has to be paid. You may also book online through our website. Arrival Departure On the day of arrival the owner of the campsite will decide upon the definite pitch or lodging and will do his utmost to respect the wishes of the camper. The client commits himself to follow the internal rules of the campsite (shown at the entrance of the campsite). The pitch is ready for the client as of pm on the day of arrival until 0 am on the day of departure. The rental accommodation is ready for the clients as of pm on the day of arrival until 0 am on the day of departure. If you leave earlier than the reserved date, the deposit will not be deducted from the total amount of your stay. If you cancel, arrive later or depart earlier, camping Le Paradis reserves the right to rent out the pitch again without any reimbursement or compensation. Late arrival For a pitch on the campsite, invoicing will start on the first day of the reservation. As of the foreseen day of arrival, a pitch will be kept free for hours. After that delay, we will re use the pitch. Costs and deposit will not be refunded. In case of late arrival, the camper is strictly obliged to inform the campsite. Cancellation and Cancellation coverage In case of cancellation of the pitch of lodging, only a written (fa, post) confirmation is notified. Cancellation coverage is optional. It covers the reimbursement of funds paid and effectively collected by the campsite in case of cancellation, in accordance with the conditions of the initial reservation contract, ecluding processing charges and cancellation coverage. Visitors Must be authorised; their host is responsible for them and they have to present themselves at the reception desk upon arrival and if necessary pay a fee of per person.
