Designed accommodate big families or groups of friends, these mobil-homes will charm you by their roomy living room and the quality of their equipment. Thanks a much studied installation, 7 people can easily sleep in the 3 rooms separated (1 double bed 140 cm, 2 simple beds of 80 cm, 2 simple beds of 80 cm and a bed multi-stage of 80 cm). The integrated kitchen will give you all modern comfort : refrigerar-freezer 2 doors 210L, plate with gas, coffee machine, microwave oven). The bathroom includes a shower and a wash basin, and ilets are situated outside of the bathroom for greater comfort. For maximum comfort, these mobil-homes are electric heating, allowing you enjoy fully your stay on any season. The "Landaises" are 32 m² country cottages located in a calm and raised zone camp-site. These country cottages are composed by 4 joint lodgings without any opposite view. They are very roomy, can receive 4 6 people and are equipped offer all essential comfort you. Inside you can find a living-room with mezzanine and a kitchen, a separate room, a bathroom with shower, wash basin and ilets. The outside terrace is covered. Two 90 cm bunk beds are installed in the room, as well as a 140 cm convertible bed in the living room. According country cottages, you will encounter on the mezzanine either 90 cm twin beds, or a 140 cm bed. In the kitchen, there are refrigerar, electric warming plates, microwave oven, coffee machine as well as all needed cooking, crockery and cleaning equipments. For maximum comfort, we also put at your disposal an electric heating, allowing you enjoy fully your stay on any season. 6 General Booking Terms Reservation : The reservation will only be confirmed on receipt of the signed contract with booking fees for a camping stay, or down payment for lodging. Any reservation is personal and, in any case, cannot be lent or sub-leased. During the booking, you have specify the name and the birthday of every person who will occupy the site. If the reservation is accepted, it will be the same for all the people registered on the contract who could not be replaced by a third party (except prior written agreement of the campsite). The non-observance of this clause can result in the cancellation of the contract of reservation. We remind you that a pitch/lodging is designed for a given number of occupants and could not be inhabited by a higher number of people in any case. The manager will refuse any person beyond the capacity envisaged. Children, even in low age, are regarded as entire persons. Pitches/lodgings are affected in a random way, according the information indicated on the contract. If you indicate in your booking a wish (pitch, exposure ), we will make our possible satisfy you within the limit of our availabilities, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non execution of a wish could not be, in any case, a reason for cancellation or pretext any requires. Underage could stay on the condition of being accompanied by a major person, providing a parental authorization and a phocopy of the identity card of his/her legal person in charge. Any cusmer is held know the campsite rules and procedure and conform these. Pitch : Our pitches are designed for tent or caravan, a vehicle and 6 persons the maximum per pitch. The client accepts the pitch as it is provided. Prices : Prices do not include the local urist tax which will have be paid in addition. Booking fees : There are booking fees for every reservation. These fees are not deductible the bill, nor refundable in the case of a cancellation. Bookings : Bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of one week during the campsite period of opening. Lodging : The maximum number of occupant is defined according the type of lodging. The client accepts the lodging and its site as it is provided. Prices : The prices are valid whatever the number of persons there are (1 7 persons according the type of lodging). Those prices include water and electricity consumption and access the campsite services but they do not include the local urist tax which will have be paid in addition. During the season and the high season, we only provide weekly hiring Saturday. Booking terms : For all lodging stays, booking fees are offered. Only down payments whose amount is calculated according the dates of stays will be required. GENERAL Arrival / Departure : Any prolongation of stay will only be possible with a prior agreement and will be on the usual tariff basis. For all modifications of the dates of stay, it could not be guaranteed the same pitch/lodging. Pitch/lodging reservation will be maintained during 24h. At the end of this period, the reservation will be cancelled. Please inform us if your arrival were be delayed. No reduction will be authorized in the case of delayed arrival or early departure. Arrivals and departures must happen within the Reception desk opening hours. In the case of an arrival or departure apart these hours, it is up the client get informed about these and warn the campsite's person in charge. Deposit : For any stay, a guarantee of 20 for the vehicle access badge must be deposited at the Reception desk at your arrival. This guarantee will be done ideally by card printing (VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD) This guarantee will be given back you, or the print will be erased in the case of a card guarantee, at the restitution of the access badge at the end of the stay. CAMPING CARAVANING Payment of the stay : The payment of the stay will have be settled for the whole of the reserved period, at the latest, the day before the departure. Every delayed arrival or brought forward departure will be borne by the campers. For any stay of more than 15 days, the payment will have be settled every week. Arrival / Departure : The reserved site will be available 2:00 p.m. the appointed day of arrival The pitch will have be cleared before 12:00 a.m. the day of the departure. In the case of a departure after 12:00, you will be charged an additional day. LODGING Arrival / Departure : You can check in 4:00 p.m the arrival day. The departure day, you must and give back the rental lodging in the initial state of cleanliness, and check out between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. according the invenry of fixtures rendez-vous decided with the Reception desk (at least 48h before). In a case of departure after 11:00 a.m., you will be charged an allowance corresponding at the cleaning fees. Deposit : In addition the guarantee for the vehicle access badge, other guarantees must be deposited at the Reception desk at your arrival. The amount of these guarantees is fixed at 200 by rental lodging and 50 for the possible cleaning fees at the end of the hiring. These guarantees will be given back you at your departure time after control of the hiring and its equipments, deduction made of the possible cleaning fees, missing or deteriorated equipment value or repairing fees. The client is held proceed in an invenry of fixtures and point out any anomaly in the 24 hours following his arrival. Cooling-off period : In accordance with article L of the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this website are subject the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L and following of the French Consumer Code. Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the website are exclusively subject the cancellation conditions below. Cancellation : If an early departure results a major force case, an application for repayment written and justified (with presentation of document in proof) can be addressed the direction of Airial camp-site. In the event of loss, steal, degradation of personal effects or damage which have occurred following a case of major force (srm, flood, fall of tree ), the Airial campsite responsibility cannot be committed. We advise you contact your insurance company in order obtain if necessary an extension of your personal guarantees. Image right : During your stay, you are likely going be phographied or filmed on our site. We can possibly use these phographs or these films with commercial goal or advertising except if you declare in writing your opposition this practice the Reception at your arrival. Animals : Maximum 2 pets per pitch are allowed on the pitch in condition of being declared at the time of your arrival, of respecting the peace and quiet, the security of the campers, the basic rules of hygiene and the fittings. Dogs are be always kept on a leash and taken outside of the campsite for nature s needs. The vaccinations have be up date and the papers have be presented at the arrival : rabies vaccination is compulsory. Any offence will result in the eviction of the owner. Cancellation : In case of cancellation of the reservation, the registration fees are non-refundable. Cleaning fees : Final cleaning is up you. The lodging, its accessories, the crockery and the pitch must be left taly cleaned the departure day. In the contrary, and after the invenry of fixtures, you will be charged cleaning fees according usual rate. Animals : Animals aren't allowed in the hirings, even staying outside the lodging. Any offence will result in the eviction of the owner. Cancellation : In case of cancellation 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the down payment previously paid will be keeped by the campsite.
