Willie Road Field in Union County, Arkansas Commissioners: Weiser-Brown Operating Company, P.O. Box 500, Magnolia, AR 71753, hereby applies to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission as follows: 1. The Applicant has drilled and recently completed the Sewell FLP No. 2 Well, as an oil well in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 South, Range 17 West, Union County, Arkansas. The well is completed in the Hill Sand Formation. 3. The above described unit is an extension to the Mount Willie Road Field. The Field Rules of the Mount Willie Road Field cover production from the Tuscaloosa Formation, but have not yet been extended to cover the Hill Sand Formation. 4. The Applicant states that it is in the interest of the protection of the correlative rights of the Applicant and its lessors and prevention of waste to extend the Field Rules of the Mount Willie Road Field to the above described unit and to provide specifically that those field rules include and cover production from the Hill Sand Formation. 5. The Applicant requests that the Field Rules provide that the maximum allowable for gas production from the Sewell FLP No. 2 Well be set at 50 barrels of oil per day. 6.
