Commissioners: SEECO, Inc., 2350 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. East, Houston, TX 77032, hereby applies to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission as follows: 1. The Applicant proposes the drilling and completion of a cross unit horizontal well, the Abram 10-8 #15-30H5 ( Abram #15") Well located in Sections 32, 29, 31 and 30, Township 10 North, Range 8 West, Conway County, Arkansas. Applicant states that the projected perforated lateral of the proposed Abram #15 Well is expected to be approximately 416 feet, which is closer than the allowed 560 feet to the perforated lateral of the Abram 10-8 #14-30H32 ( Abram #14 ) Well. The Applicant requests that it be granted a location exception to enable it to produce the Abram #15 Well notwithstanding such encroachment as long as the encroachment is no closer than 400 feet. 2. The Applicant has solicited spacing waivers from most of the persons who have the right to drill within Sections 32, 29, 31 and 30, Township 10 North, Range 8 West, but has not yet obtained a waiver from every such owner. 3. The Applicant states that the granting of this application will be protective of the correlative rights of all interested parties and will prevent waste of natural gas by permitting the most efficient method of developing the resource within the governmental sections which are the subject of this application. 4.
