The Debtor seeks to amend the Creditor Matrix because it became aware in preparing its Schedules that not all of the creditors were listed on the original Creditor Matrix. The amendment is necessary to ensure that complete and accurate information has been provided to the Court and to afford notice to affected parties. [This space is intentionally left blank].
