3 Variety Camps All variety camps will be from 9-4pm with the option to use our Club AM and Club PM services. Read below to find the perfect camp for you! *All Variety Camps have a 30 camper Max enrollment. -EVERY WEEK June 2-August 1 Ages 7-12 VIP $115/Reg $135 North Pointe Do you just love the water and can t get enough of it!! Enjoy an entire week of water games, relays, Marco Polo, and Aqua Man! Club AM and PM will be offered at the North Pointe for. Country Club Camp June 9-13 Ages 9-12 VIP $130/Reg $150 Golf Club and North Pointe Have your own Country Club experience at this camp! Learn the basics of golfing, including course etiquette. Get a great workout with a fun tennis game and cool off at the North Pointe Aquatic Center We will meet at the Brave North Games Pointe Camp Aquatic Center everyday! Are you hungry to try something new? Have you always wanted to try archery? This camp is for you! Campers will be divided in to districts. Throughout the week campers will learn about archery, visit other districts to learn new skills and crafts and much more. On the last day all Harry Potter Camp June Calling all Harry Potter Fans! Come for five fun "Muggle-free" days! Study the Hogwarts Way! Enjoy Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Potions, Herbology, and many other Harry Potter activities. Science Detective s Camp July 7-11 Find clues every day and solve a puzzle at the end of the week, all while doing awesomely fun experiments from all different branches of science! Explore engineering, chemistry, biology and much more. Drama Camp July Welcome to Ballwin Summer Camps Welcome to Ballwin Summer Camps Our goal is to provide an unforgettable experience for your child by creating a not so average day camp! This year, we have made many positive changes as we continue our Ballwin Camp tradition. Much of your feedback and suggestions have been considered and greatly appreciated. We will strive to make our Ballwin the best it s ever been! Camps will run in one week sessions. Each week will be packed with many different camp options all running from 9-4pm with a complimentary Club PM service from 4-6pm for those that register in advance. Back by popular demand are Country Club Camp, Harry Potter Camp, Science Detective s Camp, Hip Hop Camp and Drama Camp. Check out our newest variety camp, Brave Games Camp. We will go on a field trip EVERY week. Also, McAlister s will provide your child with lunch each day for an additional fee. Menus will be set for the entire summer. *Must sign up and pay when registering for camp. Have you always dreamed of being a famous actor or actress? Now is your chance. With a dramatic script, choose parts, memorize lines, make scenery and costumes. Hip Hop Camp July Pop it! Lock it! Hip Hop it! There is so much to explore at Camp Little Feet with games, arts and crafts, visits from special guests, and activities all planned around a weekly theme. Campers will also enjoy water games, wading pool, and sprinkler activities. We now have three great options AM, PM, or all day. If signing up for all day please bring a nonperishable lunch. 5 Weekly June 2-August 1 Ages 5-12 The Pointe VIP $110/Reg $130 Arts and Crafts VIP $115/Reg $135 and will take place for nine weeks this summer. Campers will swim everyday but Field Trip Thursday s, and meet at North Pointe on Friday s for a full day of swimming. 6 Registration How to Register There are two ways to register, online or in person. In person registration is available at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons Recreation Center. Online registration may be completed through our website, Registration BEGINS March 1 at 10am Camp Open House 10-2pm at The Pointe. Registration Dates/Deadlines: Registration begins on March 1, 2014 at 10:00am. There are limited spots in each camp. All camps require pre-registration. Participants must register for camp one week prior to the start date. Late fees will be assessed for those that register past 11:59 pm on the previous Monday. Late registration will only be allowed at the discretion of the Recreation Specialist. Camper information: Camper information questions must be completed the time of registration. Questions are completed before payment when registering online or in person. For the safety of the campers it is important that questions are answered in full any time a new registration is entered. Fees: All fees are required at the time of registration. In order to keep affordable camp pricing, we will not hold reservations. Fees are calculated per week and will not be pro-rated. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Lunch: Campers have the option of ordering lunch from McAlister s Deli each week! Additional fee is required. Orders will not be taken on a daily basis. Lunches include sandwich, side, dessert and bottle of water and will be delivered to camp each day including field trip days. 4 Refund/Transfer Policy Refunds are available under the following policy: 1. A full refund will be made to all registrants when a program is cancelled. 2. A pro-rated refund will be made to any registrant who cancels due to a health reason after a confirmation has been received from their health care provider less a $5 service fee. If requesting a refund due to illness, a written request, accompanied by the physician s statement, must be received by The Pointe no later than 7 days after seeking medical treatment. 3. A program refund request will be granted if the written cancellation is received at least one week prior to the start of camp and a $15 charge will be assessed. 4. A $15 fee will be charged for all camp registration transfers if the transfer request is received within 6 days prior to the Club AM weekly June 2-August 1 Ages 5-12 VIP/Res $25 Reg $30 The Pointe Club AM is held at The Pointe from 7-9am. Join us early morning for a variety of activities. On Fridays, Club AM will be held at The North Pointe Pavilion for and Arts and Crafts Camp. All other camps will have a Club AM offered at The Pointe for the entire week. Club AM counselors will be responsible for signing children into camp. Campers attending Club PM weekly June 2-August 1 Ages 5-12 VIP/REG FREE! The Pointe Club PM is held at The Pointe from 4-6pm. On Fridays, Club PM will be held at North Pointe for and Arts and Crafts Camp. All other camps will have a Club PM offered at the location of their camp. Club PM is not offered for Camp Little Feet. Club PM pickup will be inside The Pointe Gym. Club PM will be held at the North Pointe for and Country Club Camp. 5
