6 Booking/Cancellation for individual bookings Cancellation with refund individual guest is possible depending on the following conditions: 100% refund 48 hours before the booked date 50 % refund 24 hours before the booked date 0 % refund Less than 24 hours before the booked date 0 % refund If Your weights is over 125 Kg 20 % refund 0 % refund If You are not at the place 30 minutes before departure, we offer later departure or 20% refund If you are influence of intoxicants or drugs when arrival Special booking conditions for discounted groups up to 8 persons ( 8- pax ) or more For groups booked through our booking tools or booked directly with us, the following applies: The product must be paid before departure. Booking/cancellation conditions accommodation When will my booking be binding? Both you and we are bound by the lease as soon as we confirm the booking and you have paid the rent. When should i pay for the accommodation? Payment of the accommodation must be made in connection with booking. What happens if i do not pay in time? If you miss the payment for the rent, it is considered as a cancellation on your part and then the cancellation rules apply. What if i what to cancel? You can cancel in writing by to booking@littlerocklake.com. Cancellation is only valid for the persons who made the booking. Your cancellation is valid only after you have received a written confirmation from us. Cancellation up to the day before arrival is 100% refundable on the

8 amount paid. Cancellation can be made no later than the day before arrival. If you cancel without cancellation or cancellation later than 18.00, you must pay for the first night. If the accommodation has special costs due to your order, you will be liable for these. What happens at late arrival? The rooms are reserved for the latest arrival at If you expect to arrive later, you must inform us, so you not take the risk the rooms being rented to another guest. Zipline can be booked every day except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Midsummers Eve and New Years Eve against full group price in all our courses ( min 8 pax ).
