You understand that any problems regarding your housing accommodation will be dealt with exclusively by you.

At WOW Florence, residents can enjoy the comforts of air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet in the rooms, cleaning service once a week and 24-hour staff at the front desk. There is a common area where students can eat, with microwaves available to heat food for meals that are not included in this housing option. There are two large fridges to store fresh food. This option is recommended for those students who like dorm-style living, to have their own sleeping and living space with private bathroom, but sharing the common areas with other students or hostel guests from all over the world. This option is not recommended for those students who love to cook, as facilities are limited. **PLEASE NOTE that there are other non-student guests at the residence. It is a full-functioning hostel, targeted towards both students and tourists, so there is continuous rotation of guests that come in and out. For security reasons, WOW Florence asks all guests to present and leave a valid identification card at the front desk while the guest is visiting. Only those renting are allowed to stay in the room overnight. There are no exceptions. However, if you would like to invite other guests or friends of yours to stay overnight, they can always rent a room at the reception. WOW Florence is an independent housing facility which is neither part of or owned by Lorenzo de Medici. Space is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first reservation and payment basis, according to room availability at the time a request is received. **STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK INTO THEIR ROOMS BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE OR CHECK OUT OF THEIR ROOMS AFTER CHECK- OUT DATE. (Please note if you would like to checkin earlier or check-out later, for the additional days regular daily fees of WOW Florence Hostel will apply and you will have to book your room for the extra nights separately) WOW FLORENCE DESCRIPTION Completely renovated in 2014, WOW Florence offers dorm-style single rooms for students, tourists, etc. WOW Florence is located in the historical center of Florence, near Piazza San Marco, just a 15-minute walk from the Lorenzo de Medici school. Each dorm-style single room is fully furnished and provided with the following: one bed, desk, chair, closet, Wi-Fi internet, towels, bed linen, blankets, air conditioning/heating and private bathroom. Costs for Dorm-Style single rooms: The cost in EURO for the SEMESTER Deposit Euro 250 per person Single room Euro 2.957,00 per person The cost includes: Semester rent for a spot in a dorm-style single room. Utilities (electricity, water, air conditioning/heating) Linens and towels Cleaning of the room and change of bed linens and towels once a week Continental breakfast and three buffet dinners during the week. Dinners will be served on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Skipped meals will not be refunded One laundry self-service per week (wash & dry) Reception service 24 hours Tourism tax fee Euro 7 for the total period per person (the payment is mandatory) The cost does not include: Cleaning of the room more than once a week Boarding expenses (that are not included in the cost) Repairs Extra services: Upon request the hostel can also offer dinner to its residents for an extra cost. Please note that the above rates are specially discounted for Lorenzo de Medici students. By calling the WOW Florence hostel, the student will not have access to these rates. CANCELLATION POLICY - Any cancellation must be communicated immediately by . Please remember that once the student arrives in Italy, no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever in the event of a student deciding to cancel change or vacate an assigned room. - If a student cancels 45 days or MORE prior to the check-in date, the deposit (EURO 250) will be refunded. - If a student cancels days preceding the check-in date, the student will lose the deposit (EURO 250). - If a student cancels days preceding the check-in date, the student is liable for the deposit (EURO 250) plus the first monthly rent. - From 10-0 days, no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever in case the student decides to cancel, change or vacate the assigned room. - The student will be fully liable for the total cost and deposit if no official notice of the student s cancellation is received by WOW Florence Hostel before check-in date. Important to note: If student cannot arrive on the indicated check-in day, he/she should notify WOW Florence Hostel to avoid automatic cancellation of his/her booking.

5 Dear guests, Welcome to Wow Florence Hostel. We want to point out and share with you our house rules. Our Hostel is a non-hotel accommodation available to guests at a low cost with only basic services, in mutual respect, and why not, friendship is a fundamental value. Our rules are not for restriction, but a guide to ensure the best stay in our hostel. Check-in Rules -All guests on their arrival must provide a valid document for recording. -Check-in is from 14:00 until 23:00. If you arrive before, you can leave your luggage after delivering an identity document/passport. For check-in after 23:00 there is an additional charge (see the policy -Please call the hotel in time if you decide to extend your stay. There are no possible reductions in days of stay in case of bookings with rates "non-refundable". If booking through agencies and/or operators via internet, all the changes in the reduction must be made through the operator used for booking. -The check-out is by 11:00 am, otherwise we reserve the right to charge an additional night. -At check-out, guests of shared rooms are required to return the linen and bath towels received (2 sheets + 1 pillow + 1 towel shower) and the room key. We ask the courtesy to leave on the bed the blanket, the pillow and the mattress cover. For any damages / missing items, guests will be required to refund the cost of the repair/ purchase. We ask you to call immediately the reception for any damage / missing found and / or bedding damaged or not properly cleaned. Rules of Conduct In WoW Florence Hostel is not allowed: - Smoking in all public areas and in all rooms - Introduce and make use of drugs - Introduce weapons of any kind - Take or let animals without prior authorization - Bring unregistered persons without the explicit consent of the Executive - In the shared bedrooms (Dormi), occupying more beds than the one assigned and use of bed without bedding supplied from the Hostel - Prepare and eat meals in the rooms, even for reasons of hygiene and safety. - Hang the washed laundry in rooms, bathrooms and common areas. - Making noise in the rooms and public areas from 23:00 to 8:00. -Adults are responsible for the behavior of children who disturb the peace of other guests. -The entrance and staying of strangers must be authorized by management. -Only our bed linen provided are allowed; not your own. -Any bags, backpacks or suitcases must not put on the beds. Do not leave any properties (bags, luggage, etc.) unattended at the reception. Clean up and security standards Please notify the reception the discovery or loss of things. Any lost properties should be delivered at the reception. If you lose something, ask to our staff. We will keep your stuff for two weeks Hostel declines any liability for personal items left in the room. In case if you do not have PADLOCK, at the reception you can purchase one, during your stay lockers/cabinets remain available free. Hostel declines any liability for materials owned by the hosts, with the exception of those outside or particularly valuable (personal documents, cash or checks) delivered in Reception with issuance of a specific deposit note. We ask you to leave the key at reception every time you exit the WoW Florence Hostel. Please use care in handling the tab "key card" in support of the key of the private rooms. In case of damage or loss of the card you will be asked for a compensation of 10 euro. We feel that you are responsible for the damage done to your fault, or the fault of the people for whom you are responsible, and that you are obliged to compensate them. Guest Behavior The comfort, safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to us at Wow Florence Hostel. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be requested to leave the Hostel premises and will not be offered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents and property. Rooms at the Hostel must remain available to staff for cleaning activities from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

6 In the shared bedroom, the reorganization of the bed place is assigned to the guest. Hostel staff will, in the manner and within the time agreed, tidying and cleaning the rooms. Access to this part of the service staff can also occur in the absence of guests in order to ensure the normal activity of the hostel. Management is not responsible in any way of the vehicles parked in the vicinity/ neighborhood of the hostel, or any personal items left in the car, nor any bikes left in the warehouse. Any damage caused by guests will be immediately reported and appropriately quantified to those accountable; if those responsible for the damage refuse to pay the compensation, management will intervene and take appropriate action for damages, and if necessary will refer to Tribunal competence. We obtain the right to terminate the contract, including any further services offered to guests if they violate house rules, exhibit inappropriate/harmful behavior, or create any disturbance to other customers. For your safety we have cameras active 24 hours in the entire hotel. There are available at the reception hairdryers and hair straighteners, adapters for a deposit. We suggest you read the instructions of the fire fighting service quote found in the corridors and to abide by them. Heating/ac system is centralized for ecological reasons. For any change or modify ask to reception. Room allocation When booking beds in dorm rooms for you and your friends, we may not be able to put you the same room. Book a private room if you want to guarantee you will all be together. Entering in the hostel implies full acceptance and compliance with the Regulation. Failure to comply with the regulation involves immediate expulsion. Errors and Omissions Any omission or error in sales literature, web pages or site, order form, quotation, price list, order acknowledgement, dispatch note, invoice or other documents issued by us may be corrected by us without liability. We will advise you of any changes at the time of booking or as soon as is reasonably possible thereafter. Each guest can use the microwave, plates, the toaster, the pizza - grill and kettle. Other accessories available can only be used if not explicitly marked with the name of the other guests.
