4 InterCity/Tranzit/Tranzrich The leasee of Gascoigne Street is Tranzrich Travel Limited (Tranzit is InterCity) They have made it clear that Gascoigne Street is financially unviable (even with $0 rent) due to: The income from the bus centre not covering costs InterCity paying departure fees Intercity are satisfied with the new location
