2 Dear Neighbor, The Town of Oyster Bay s Department of Community & Youth Services is pleased to present the Town of Oyster Bay Rotational Art Exhibit Program. Through this program, local businesses around the Town get the opportunity to join in supporting local artists, while providing patrons with the pleasure of viewing artwork. The Town s Rotational Art Exhibit Program displays artwork at venues such as libraries, banks, government offices and local businesses on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. This program not only features the diverse works of new artists, but also some of the area s most accomplished artists. Under the program, local businesses get a unique opportunity to position themselves at the intersection of industry and art, helping to spread a passion for the arts and better incorporate art into the lives of the residents of the Town of Oyster Bay. Providing truly unique and innovative programs and services has been a top priority for us. We hope you will take advantage of this program and come out to support some of our Town s artists. Sincerely, Joseph Saladino Town Supervisor MISSION STATEMENT The Town of Oyster Bay s Rotational Art Exhibit Program brings various art forms directly to the public, for the enjoyment and education of the community. Additionally, the program affords local artists the opportunity to display their work, while simultaneously providing the clientele of local venues with original art. HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE On the following pages, you will find an Artist Directory and a Venue Directory. The Artist Directory includes the first and last name of each artist in the 2018 Rotational Art Exhibit program as well as their chosen media and contact information. The Venue Directory lists all participating venues, their addresses, telephone numbers and websites. The Exhibition Schedule that follows is organized first by month, then last name of the artist. The venue listed beneath the artist s name is where the artist will be showing that month. Again, for more information please refer to the Artist or Venue Directories.
