18 ScanMed RFC Discussion points General cooperation between European Commission and all RFCs with respect to TEN-T CNC Investigation meeting between ScanMed TEN-T and RFC to exploit possibilities of cooperation data sources of the RFC that might be helpful for the TEN-T RFC ScanMed KPIs that could be displayed in the TEN-T KPI RFC ScanMed bottlenecks, missing links as well as measures and projects to remove them and increase performance of Rail (freight) corridor Date: December Cooperation with RFC ScanMed The RFC ScanMed is not yet fully aligned with the TEN-T corridor. The RFC ScanMed Implementation Plan projects were analysed and include (only) the well known infrastructure projects. RFC ScanMed, like the other corridors RFC, are invited to share their operational key performance indicators with the TEN-T corridors Two of the items which are mandatory for TEN-T corridor analysis are border crossing and operational interoperability will be done by the RFC and its working groups. The Corridor Forum should generally involve also the users of the infrastructure, e.g. the railways undertakings and other applicants for rail; which will be done by the RFC Advisory Group in order to avoid double structures. Invitation to respective meetings Date: September KombiConsult GmbH 18
