2 Muskoka Steamship & Historical Society Members e-letter News and Updates - Wenonah II sailed May 27 for the first cruise of the season doing a private charter from the JW Marriott. - Work continues at Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre on their 2014 feature exhibit Musical Memories of Muskoka. - RMS Segwun is currently getting a fresh coat of paint and some minor restorations in preparation of the 2014 sailing season. - Work is nearly complete on two boats being built at the Heritage Boatworks (see photos below). - Book cruises online at Volume 3, Issue 26, May 2014 On the Horizon May 31 - Muskoka Steamship & Historical Society Annual General Meeting and Member s Day Cruises. June 1 - Rope and Fender Workshop at Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre to 3:30pm. June 14 - RMS Segwun sails for her first cruise of the season. June 15 - Father s Day Cruise on Wenonah II from 5:00pm to 9:00pm June Feature Exhibit Musical Memories of Muskoka grand opening at Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre. Two current projects near completion at Heritage Boatworks located beside the Muskoka Steamships office. Last chance to register for the 2014 Member s Day Cruises! Choose from 9:30am to 11:00am or 2:30pm to 3:30pm. First cruise will also include AGM. BBQ by donation starting at 11:00am in front of the Steamship office.
