2 Meet Lauren, your Activities Manager! Welcome back to another fun filled season! I look forward to seeing all our returning Cottage Owners and those that are new to the resort! My door is always open, so feel free to contact me at any time! lcharette@suncommunities.com Phone: ext 275 We are so excited that the cold winter is over and we can begin enjoying our beautiful beach resort with you! We have been busy planning your 2017 season with lots of great activities for everyone to enjoy! We have new and exciting activities to keep you busy all summer long! Check your calendar to find new events, clubs, day time activities, day trips and park entertainment! How do I find out what is going on in the park? All information regarding events, entertainment, and updates can be found on your Owners Exclusive webpage. Whether you are an Owner or Seasonal, check out for all the information that you need to know to make your summer great! If you like the more personal approach, feel free to stop by our new entertainment desk located within the Welcome Centre. The entertainment desk is your information hub for all things fun! Speak to an entertainment team member to find out anything about resort activities, including Owners events, band information, and anything else you can think of! How do I sign up for events? All events that require a sign-up will be available online two weeks prior to the event starting at 9am. Visit the Owners website at follow the events and activities link and simply click register now! it s that easy! A valid 2017 Sherkston picture pass must be presented at every Owners event in order to gain entrance. No exceptions will be made regarding this rule. Day Trips You asked for more day trips and we delivered! We have kept some of the all-time favourites such as the Blue Jays trip, winery tours and the ladies night out. We have also added some new and exciting trips such as a behind the scenes tour at Safari Niagara and ladies day out! You can find more event details on the Owners webpage at Resort Wide Events Food Truck Thursdays - Who doesn t love food trucks? We will be having food cart parties in the sales yard every Thursday during July and August from 2pm-. Bring the whole family and enjoy a variety of different cuisine as well as entertainment and fun! Beach Boys Beach Bash at Quarry Beach July 8th Come out for some fun in the sun with the Beach Boys! We will be hosting our very own beach bash with the classic music of the Beach Boys. Enjoy classic summer music, participate in our beach themed activities, get your picture taken in our vintage airstream photo booth and have a great time! Don t forget to bring some pocket money so you can purchase a hamburger or hotdog! THINGS TO LOOK FOR! Red text items are RESORT WIDE events, open to all guests of the resort. When you see this symbol there are charges for that event. No Show Fee In order to ensure our events are being enjoyed by as many people as possible a $10.00 fee will be charged to the Owners account for every person who has signed up but failed to attend. If you sign up for an event and are unable to attend, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the event. You can cancel your tickets online the same way you signed up, or speak to an entertainment team member directly.
