13 Additional Information on the Riverwalk West Project for Sept. 22 Conceptual Review This is a proposed mixed use project. At the corner of Strauss Cabin Road and Harmony there will be a small retail section which is composed of restaurant pads and retail. There may be a second and third story to these buildings which will be business related uses. At the west end of the site facing Harmony Road there will be a 3-4 story office building. This building will be the new office building for Stoner Turnkey companies. Parking will be structured and underneath the building but above grade. Immediately to the south of the Stoner Turnkey building will be Two office buildings and a data center. These two connected buildings will be home to Wall Street West, a new company and will represent over 100,000 SF of office building. They will also have an approx 30,000SF data center which is depicted in the middle between the two office buildings. These buildings will have retail on the street level. They will be approximately 6 stories in height and will utilize structured parking which will be under the buildings but above grade. Total height will be over 6 stories including the parking underneath. Immediately to the south of these is a mixed use housing project. The project will be 6 stories with parking underneath and with retail liner shops on the street. They face onto Strauss Cabin and will form the basis of an urban street front which will eventually be replicated in a similar manner on the east side of Strauss Cabin. We do not yet have total number of units or square footage.
