3 CARGO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION LIMITATIONS GENERAL INFORMATION This document covers only cargo restraint equipments (latches, transport rollers)/hold nets (nets,stanchion tubes etc.), which prevent the movement of cargo during flight (limitations for flight safety). A malfunction of such equipment is defined as damaged / inoperative or failed / missing covered. In case of missing and / or inoperative equipment the safety and effiency of ground operations may be effected and loading / unloading should be carried out carefully. It is advisable that missing, inoperative or malfunctioning equipment is repaired or replaced as soon as possible. On each page, reference Weight and Balance Manual page is given.
