With 50 years of experience, we provide the full range of maintenance services for most current models and the majority of out-of-production models of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer and Gulfstream aircraft. 5 Basel I Switzerland Completions Overview Since 1977, Jet Aviation Completions in Basel has been crafting beautifully tailored private aircraft interiors. With over 200 completions to its name, it is one of the most experienced centers in the world. At the heart of this success are three key philosophies: the backing of 40 years of expertise; a combination of artisan craftsmanship with the latest technology; and transparent communication to simplify a complex process. Today, Jet Aviation Completions in Basel is an Airbus ACJ and Boeing-approved Completions center, with in-house capabilities in design, engineering, production, manufacturing, installation, testing and certification. With eight hangars across our Basel site, we have the capacity to work simultaneously on several large completions projects, including those with specific complexities or security needs, and all key departments and trades are represented on site. This provides the flexibility and expertise required to complete a truly customized design, from start to finish, under one roof, and ensures that even the smallest detail is finished to the highest Jet Aviation standards. 9 Moscow/Vnukovo I Russia MRO Overview Jet Aviation Moscow Vnukovo was founded in 2010 and is specialized in line maintenance, defect rectification and AOG services for Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Falcon and Hawker aircraft operators. Located next to the Vnukovo 3 building, we are a line maintenance, AOG and authorized warranty line service facility for Bombardier aircraft products as well as an authorized line service facility for the full line of Gulfstream and Embraer jets. We provide line maintenance, defect rectification and small scheduled maintenance checks up to 750FH for airframe and 1500FH APU. In agreement with the manufacturers, we also maintain inventories of critical spare parts for Gulfstream and Bombardier aircraft to ensure parts availability for the Russian market, particularly during AOG situations. 24/7 AOG services are performed at Moscow-Domodedovo, Moscow- Sheremetyevo and throughout the Russian region. Our cabin interior services include carpet replacement, minor repairs or replacement of aircraft and interior components, as well as leather surface rejuvenation and protective coating application.
