The minimum duration of aircraft maintenance is ensured by highly qualified personnel, an efficient quality control system, a risk management system, state-of-the-art equipment, efficient procurement and material flow management. The ongoing expansion of operations and services we provide along with the improvement of technologies we use are the integral parts of our company s long-term strategy. The strategy of S7 Technics is focused on the development of new business areas, improvement of business process efficiency and quality, expansion of footprint and partnership relations. 3 Development and upgrade stages 1998 The first A-check of Airbus A320 in compliance with EASA Part IL-86, TU-154, TU-204 MRO Center status obtained S 7 ENGINEERING LLC established in Moscow The first C-check of Airbus A-319 The first D-check of Airbus A opened in Vladivostok. The first C-check of Boeing 767, Bombardier CRJ 100/200 Full-cycle aircraft modification 2014 service created. The first 12Y-check 2016 in Russia for Aeroflot. Gained an opportunity to provide MRO services for aircraft in the Russian register Airbus A320neo and Embraer E170 service and maintenance capabilities developed. 9 Services Line and base maintenance Aircraft engine repair Aircraft fleet engineering support Aircraft painting We provide line and base maintenance services in Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Tolmachevo, Mineralnye Vody, Irkutsk, Yakutsk and Vladivostok airports. S7 Technics Holding specialists perform light and heavy maintenance up to D-check, inclusive, for Western aircraft. CFM56-5B/7B engine repair shop opened in partnership with SR Technics is located in Domodedovo airport on the base of S 7 ENGINEERING LLC. The crew performs engine maintenance operations both on the wing and in the shop. S7 Technics Holding owns a CAMO Approval in compliance with OTAR Part 39 Option 2 Subpart E. Painting of narrow body aircraft (Airbus A320, Boeing 737 CL&NG, SSJ-100, CRJ-100/200, E-170) combined with maintenance. Use of Graco equipment, AkzoNobel and PPG painting systems. Development of specifications for aircraft exterior painting in accordance with CS-25 (logo and information poster placement, changing label placement)

Aircraft heat exchange system repair (TAT Engineering) TAT-Engineering, the only Russian company specializing in advanced maintenance of aircraft heat exchange systems, owns a unique differential pressure testing unit, a nitrogen testing unit, a heater chemical treatment line, a protective finish line, a vertical milling machining center, welding units, a sandblasting machine, a painting chamber and a non-destructive testing unit. TAT-Engineering is co-owned by S7 Technics Holding and TAT Technologies / Limco Airepair Inc., which is EASA Part-145 certified and can service 13 lots of the following types of aircraft: Airbus A320 Family, Boeing 737/757/767, Bombardier CRJ100/

13 Joint projects with leading global manufacturers and MRO companies Notes Zodiac Aerospace Services is engaged in the after-sales service of systems and components manufactured by Zodiac Aerospace Group companies. Repair of sanity and cabin equipment manufactured by Zodiac with OEM quality and reliability. The service is provided by S7 Technics Holding on the territory of Moscow base. Limco Airepair is a subsidiary of ТАТ Technologies Ltd. providing heat exchanger maintenance services for aircraft maintenance centers. The heat exchanger maintenance service is offered by the TAT-Engineering s joint venture and includes the whole range of repair services. TAT-Engineering Center is located close to the territory of S7 Technics Holding s Novosibirsk base. SR Technics is one of the leading MRO providers in the world. The engine maintenance shop was created as part of the joint project implemented by two MRO providers. The company provides CFM56 line engines lmaintenance services to clients in Russia and the CIS. The service is provided on the territory of S7 Technics Holding s Moscow base
