2 CHILDREN'S FARES JL-20 Tariff: Effective: August 27, 2015 DISCOUNTS APPLY TO ALL INTR-ALINE AND INTER-LINE TICKETS WHERE JEFFERSON LINES IS THE ORIGINATING CARRIER Children who have reached or passed their second (2nd) birthday but have not reached their twelfth (12th) birthday will be charged twenty percent (20%) less than the full adult fare, increased where necessary to end in 0" or 5" cents, when traveling with a passenger paying full adult fare. The child must travel on the same itinerary (both outbound and return) as the passenger paying the full adult fare to qualify for the twenty percent (20%) discount. Note: Up to two (2) children ages two (2) thru eleven (11) will be allowed to travel at twenty percent (20%) less than the full adult fare for each passenger paying the full adult fare when all passengers are traveling on the same itinerary (both outbound and return). Any additional children ages two (2) thru eleven (11) in the travel party may be subject to paying the full adult fare. One (1) child who has not reached his or her second (2nd) birthday when accompanied by a passenger fifteen (15) years of age or older will be carried free when not occupying a seat to the exclusion of another passenger. Children who have not reached their second (2nd) birthday and will be occupying a seat to the exclusion of another passenger, will be charged twenty percent (20%) less than the full adult fare, increased where necessary to end in 0" or 5" cents, when accompanied by a passenger paying the full adult fare. The child must travel on the same itinerary (both outbound and return) as the passenger paying the full adult fare to qualify for the twenty percent (20%) discount. Children who have reached or passed their twelfth (12th) birthday will be charged the fare applicable to adult passengers. Children s fares will be based on the full fare paid by the accompanying adult. If the fare paid by the accompanying adult prohibits reduction for children s fares, the child s fare will be the same as the adult fare. No children s fares will be sold to casinos. The foregoing rules are the basis for determining children s fares. (The carriers reserve the right to refuse to transport children from their origin, when in the judgement of the supervisory personnel of the origin carrier, supervision of such children is inadequate.) All passengers who have not reached their fifteenth (15) birthday must be accompanied by a passenger fifteen (15) years of age or older, or must comply with the guidelines regarding the transportation of Unaccompanied Children as outlined in the Policy Affecting Unaccompanied Children under the age of 15, shown below. POLICY AFFECTING UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15: Any passenger under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a passenger at least 15 years of age or older at all times. Passengers between the ages of 8 and 14 years of age inclusive, may travel unaccompanied at full adult fare if the following conditions are met in their entirety: [See exception below.] 1. The passenger's trip will begin and end on the same schedule. 2. The passenger's trip will be no longer than five (5) hours in duration. 3. The passenger's trip (origin to destination) must be take place during daylight hours only. 4. Both the origin and destination stations are full service agencies or company operated facilities. 5. The destination station will be open at the time the passenger is scheduled to arrive. 6. Parent, Guardian or Legal Custodian of the child must complete and sign the Unaccompanied Child Form authorizing the child to make the trip and return this to the Customer Service Supervisor on duty. This form specifically names the person authorizing the trip and the person meeting the child at the destination station and the telephone number(s) at which this person may be contacted. It also provides an emergency contact name and telephone number in the event it is needed. 7. In order for the child to be released at the destination, the person named on the Unaccompanied Child Form as the one meeting the child must have positive picture identification, such as a driver's license or state issued identification card, and provide such to the agent at the destination station. Without such identification, the child will be released into the custody of Child Protective Services or to local law enforcement officials in the destination city. 8. A fee of $5 will be assessed for each child traveling unaccompanied. If any of the above conditions are not met, then the passenger must be accompanied by a passenger at least 15 years of age or older in order to travel. EXCEPTION: [State of Illinois only] No tickets will be sold to unaccompanied minor children under the age of 17 for interstate or intrastate travel from locations within the state of Illinois.

3 SENIOR CITIZEN S FARES JL-20 Tariff: Effective: August 27, 2015 DISCOUNT APPLIES TO ALL INTRA-LINE AND INTER-LINE TICKETS WHERE JEFFERSON LINES IS THE ORIGINATING CARRIER Tickets sold to persons age sixty-two (62) or older will be discounted 5%, adjusted where necessary to end in the next higher "0" or "5" cents. The passenger must submit proof of age to the selling agent, such as birth certificate, driver s license, passport, or other similar document. Ticket limit will be the same as the undiscounted ticket limit. Advance purchase fares, day of week restricted fares, schedule restricted fares, casino fares, commuter fares or fares already discounted for a specific class or group of passengers (such as students or military personnel) do not qualify for senior discounts unless specifically stated with such promotion.

LIMITS: Tickets limited to 365 days in addition to date of sale HONORING: Tickets honored daily. Holiday travel blackouts DO NOT apply. DISCOUNTS: No other discounts apply. Children's discounts will no longer apply. PREMIUMS: Holiday Premium WILL NOT apply. Weekend Premium WILL NOT apply. REFUND: Only totally unused tickets may be refunded to original purchaser, 20% penalty applies. No refund if any portion of ticket has been used. 7 3-DAY ADVANCE PURCHASE COMPANION PROMOTION DISCOUNTS APPLY TO ALL INTR-ALINE AND INTER-LINE TICKETS WHERE JEFFERSON LINES IS THE ORIGINATING CARRIER UNLESS RESTRICTED BY NON-PARTICIPATING INTER-LINE CARRIER Purchase a one-way or round-trip adult fare and take up to 2 companions for a 30% discount. Originating travel may begin any day of the week, excluding blackout periods. EFFECTIVE: February 23, 2015 EXPIRES: No expiration date. JL-20 Tariff: Effective: August 27, 2015 SALE: Tickets on sale daily and must be purchased 3 days in advance of first travel. LIMITS: Tickets limited to specific schedule and departure date for which sold ONLY and must be purchased a minimum of 3 days in advance of travel. HONORING: Tickets will be honored for travel originating any day of the week, excluding blackout periods. Passenger and companion must travel together for the entire trip. Passengers who begin their going trip or return trip before a restricted period but extend into a restricted period will be permitted to travel through to destination. No transportation may begin during a restricted period. DISCOUNTS: Only the senior and child's discounts WILL apply CHILDREN: A Child Discount and a Companion Fare Discount cannot be combined PREMIUMS: Holiday and Weekend Premiums WILL apply to the base fare. REFUND: NON REFUNDABLE EXCHANGE: Subject to a $20 change of itinerary fee UPGRADE: An advance purchase fare may be upgraded to a walk-up fare for a charge of $15 per transaction plus the difference between the advance purchase fare and the walk-up fare. If the walk-up fare is less than the advance purchase fare, no refund will be given. The origin and/or destination may NOT be changed in an upgrade.
