We have constructed our schedule system so that our destinations covered have top quality payware available from the likes of Aerosoft and Sim Market, but also destinations that have excellent freeware airports. 2.3 We are a three-tier airline; The Charter/Main airline; with Regional, European, and worldwide schedules to most of the popular and challenging destinations. WeGo Airways is split into 2 counterparts. One side of WeGo is a Charter based airline that flies to many different destinations on a daily contract list. The other side is permanent 7 day a week schedules that the WeGo World airlines (Real World Airlines) do not fly to. The main WeGo airline has many aircraft within the fleet from the big birds (B ), the smaller birds (Cessna Citations), to the really-small birds (Piper PA34, Cessna Caravans etc). WeGo also has a virtual contract to deliver aircraft to all the major airlines around the world, and many flying schools. For example, you can deliver a brand-new Boeing from Seattle to Stansted for Ryanair, or deliver a used Cessna 172 from Coventry to Italy for a flying school. The Cargo Division; flying to many destinations around the world. Our cargo schedules are set up for short haul and long haul flights on a 24 hour, 7 days a week scheduled operations. WeGo World; Some Real world airlines are affiliated with either Oneworld, Star Alliance, SkyTeam or their own branded affiliation. WeGo World is a virtual alliance linked to WeGo Airways to link many real world airlines to WeGo. WeGo has over 55 real world airlines linked to WeGo World. We have a two strike system. Gaining 2 strikes will either lead to suspension or dismissal Manipulation (i.e. Dual PIREP or cheating of hours) will lead to a suspension of 30days Staff Role applications must me 18 years of age or over. Only accept under 18 if we deem you mature enough If accepted for a staff role, you are required to cut all roles with other airlines you are with. To become a Chief Pilot, Instructor or Examiner you must purchase the Instructor/Examiner rating in the WeGo Pilot shop prior to applying (Subject to a future role) The applicant must file their first flight within 7 days of being hired at WeGo YOU MUST submit a flight every 60 days. If you can't you must apply for Leave of Absence via our Time off System. You have an allocated 90 days leave for each calendar year. Not Submitting a flight, not applying for time off or not contacting us 10 days after the 60 days rule will lead to your dismissal. You may re-apply through the re-apply section of the website, but must use the same previously signed up with. Your details and flights may be retrievable. If you re-apply more than twice, your application goes to a panel of votes to be accepted or rejected. We will only accept the hours if we obtain proof of hours by a valid screen shot(s) or an accessible link to your current logbook(s). Any dead links or no proof of hours will lead to starting at zero hours. All pilots start at Junior First Officer. You must use your pilot reward points to gain a promotion; your transferred hours will help you when you gained the points. (SEE SECTION 11). W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 7

In the Real World, all your flying is put into a personal logbook and this is your lifetime experience. So here at WeGo we will accept up to 3 different virtual airline logbooks from previous VA's. Only logbook hours are accepted per applicant, and will NOT accept VATSIM OR IVAO hours. 9 6 Staff Members 6.1 WeGo Airways doesn't believe in a big staff system. This can add to conflicting complications. This doesn't mean we will never look for extra staff. So, keep an eye on the latest news page, and WeGo NOTAMs as we may need a new staff member in a specific area in the future Our current staff members; NAME: POSITION: RANK EPAULETTE: Danny Barnes CEO & Founder ceo@wegoairwaysva.co.uk Mark Callison Vice CEO & Founder vceo@wegoairwaysva.co.uk George Jones Webmaster & Founder webmaster@wegoairwaysva.co.uk VACANT General Manager VACANT Matthew Smith Senior Ops Manager & Founder som@wegoairwaysva.co.uk William Shaw Press Manager press@wegoairwaysva.co.uk W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 9

7 TeamSpeak Policy 7.1 There are just a few rules that we expect from our pilots when using TeamSpeak; Although there can be some harmless banter on our TeamSpeak channel any malicious bullying, threatening or discriminating behaviour will lead to instant dismissal and be banned from the virtual airline TeamSpeak users must sign in with their first name then a space and your pilot call sign. For example you are Joe Bloggs with a Pilot ID of WGA000. So your TeamSpeak nickname will be JOE WGA Anyone with wrong name set will be asked kindly once to change it. Failure to change it will lead to being kicked from the Server It is advised to set up a bookmark with our server ID and your nickname THEN; 1. Won't have a risk of wrong name, 2. It's quicker to connect. 7.2 YOU WILL BE GIVEN OUR TEAMSPEAK ADDRESS VIA ONCE WE PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION. YOU WILL BE INVITED TO COME ON TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 10

7.3 TeamSpeak Sign Up Registration & Setup If you wish to use our TeamSpeak and join in with the friendly chats and advice, you will need to register to our TeamSpeak. This is a one-time registration for each device you wish to use. The reason for this; Our system will automatically update your rank, on our TeamSpeak It will also keep a record of who you are so that your details will be the same across all your devices and you will be automatically recognised through your WeGo website account without the need of a staff member to manually input information To register simply disconnect from our TeamSpeak channel, then go to our TeamSpeak registration page, (CLICK HERE To go to TS Registration) - Click register new TeamSpeak account Once registration is complete, copy your Unique ID code, and then create a bookmark for WeGo TeamSpeak. Once you have done this, PASTE your Unique ID code into the One Time Privilege Key Box. AND THAT S ALL THERE IS TO IT We strongly recommend setting up a Push-to-Talk (PTT) key. To do this go to Options (Icon 2 crossed Spanners), then Capture. The picture below is the recommended set up, but the actual key you wish to use for talking can be any key you like. REMEMBER push your selected talk button then TALK, when finished talking just RELEASE. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 11

8 Flight Rules 8.1 Please check the flight rules; The applicant must file their first flight within 7 days of being hired at WeGo Must submit at least one flight every 60 days WeGo doesn't believe in being too strict when it comes to needing time away. Let face it this is a hobby and life comes first. If you can't fly then you must apply for Leave of Absence via our Time off System. You have an allocated 90 days leave for each calendar year. Not submitting a flight, not applying for time off or not contacting us before 10 days after the 60 days rule will lead to your dismissal. You may re-apply through the re-apply section of the website, but must use the same previously signed up with. Your details and flights may be retrievable. If you re-apply more than twice, your application goes to a panel of votes to be accepted or rejected. Re-apply more than three times, your application will more than likely be rejected Flights on VATSIM or IVAO must be carried out with " in the remarks section of your flight plan. This will help WeGo advertise throughout the online flying world. Certain callsigns are required for different airlines with WeGo We would like all our pilots to fly on VATSIM or IVAO. But offline flying is totally accepted Fuel calculations must be within acceptance of your route. Overloading or full fuel without reason, will lead to PIREP rejection All weights MUST be in KGS (Kilograms). If any PIREPS show lbs (Pounds), PIREPS will be rejected as this creates errors to our system Pausing your flight sim is accepted. All we ask that if you pause just disconnect from VATSIM or IVAO while paused, as this really annoys the supervisors. Failure to do this could result in you losing your VATSIM or IVAO account. Just some friendly advice - we don't want you to lose that Landing rate of feet per minute may lead to a PIREP rejection. This will be subject to investigation All Flights must be in their correct liveries. If a livery is not available then a white, or manufacture livery must be used. Failure to fly in the right colours will lead to your PIREP rejected Delivery flights must be done in the airlines livery that you are delivering for. i.e. B delivery flight from Seattle to Stansted for Ryanair, must be done in Ryanair livery. If a livery is not available, then a manufacture livery must be used. Failure to fly in the right colours will lead to your PIREP rejected Dual Logging (Logging one flight with two separate trackers) will have your PIREP rejected Flights that have multiple legs e.g. WGA001A, WGA001B, WGA001C, must be flown in order. You cannot start on leg B. You must start with A and carry on in order. Failure to do this will result in PIREP rejection You must enter a valid route in the WeGoACARS flight tracker. If no route is found, we will assume you have flown a direct route. If you simply forget you can add a comment to your filed PIREP after it's filed via the Pilot Centre page on the website, or a member of staff In the dropdown box of 'Flight Options' on the WeGoACARS tracker you need to select VATSIM, IVAO or OFFLINE if you wish to obtain reward points when flying online. Once PIREP is filed and you forget to select a online type it cannot be changed later. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 12

Your rank/experience reward points for flights such as; Flight time, Online flight time, Schedule flight time accuracy will be based and calculated from TAXI TO RUNWAY to ARRIVAL TIME. (See 11.6 for more info) Schedule accuracy performance is based on TAXI TO RUNWAY to ARRIVAL TIME. (See 11.6 for more info) Schedule accuracy is calculated on a period of; arriving up to 1 hour before or up to 15mins after the scheduled flight time will gain you plus points. 30 minutes after a scheduled arrival time will lead to losing points. (See 11.6 for more info) All route schedules flight times listed are in UTC/ZULU time At WeGo Airways, you do not need to fly real world times. You can fly a 06:00am flight at 21:00 at night. All we ask is you try to complete your flight within the scheduled flight time. i.e. EGKK to EDDM in 1hr 35mins The WeGoACARS flight tracker calculates your time from the moment you click start. You will gain flight time hours for your logbook and Pilot Pay from this time. In the real world, the average turnaround time is 30-45mins. If there is more that 45mins from start of WeGoACARS to taxi to runway time your PIREP will be rejected. If you run over 45mins either leave a note in the comments box before filing the PIREP or close down WeGoACARS and start it again. WeGoACARS is the only flight tracker we can actually offer your rank experience points based on the information given from its flight log. PLEASE make sure it's the current version Only one flight can be bid/booked at a time. This eliminates any pilot mistakes when loading the flight into the WeGoACARS and flying the wrong flight. You can shortlist flights so when you finish one flight, rather than searching for flights again, you can just go to your shortlist and bid/book the flight quickly. (See SECTION 15.3 for more info) W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 13

This flight is ready to fly, and when you click find flight in the WeGoACARS, this flight will load. Shortlist Flight When this is clicked, this will save flights that you wish to fly. As you can only bid/book on one flight at a time, this feature allows you to shortlist flights and quickly bid/book on them when you have completed the flight before. This saves you time having to go through the whole search process over and over again. Your shortlisted flights can be found along with your bid/booked flights in three places. 1. On the main search flights system screen, 2. Via the crew centre tab -> then Pilot Centre, or, 3. Via Pilot Centre at the top of each webpage next to your name, i.e. Welcome Danny. Generate Simbrief This is a flight plan tool, built into our system that allows you to get route and fuel planning with a slight touch of realism. You do not have to use this - other flight planning tools are available such as VROUTE or PFPX. For Sim Brief instructions (See SECTION 18 for more info) W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 25

15.4 Unable to bid/book a Flight There are five different reasons a schedule is not able to be bid/booked; Bid in System You already have a bid/booked flight in the system. Click remove current bid first then try rebooking flight. See SECTION 16 on how to remove a bid/booking Flight not Available Flight not available today. Example below was a schedule found for a Saturday, and system tells you to find a schedule for the current day, example below Find flight for Sunday Your Location You re not at the correct location for the flight to commence. You will need to fly to the location before booking this flight or jumpseat to new location Your Rank Your rank is not high enough to bid on the flight. CLICK HERE to see the rank requirements or See SECTION 11 of this SOP Jumpseating You are currently in the process of Jumpseating to another location. See SECTION 15.5 for more information W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 26

15.5 Jumpseat As of March 2017 the Jumpseat rules have changed. See below on how to use the Jumpseat fuction. At the bottom of the Schdule Search page, you should see your current location. Example in the picture below shows the current location; EGKK London Gatwick. Also below that is a link called Get Jumpseat Ticket. These instructions are a step by step guide on how to jumpseat to different locations After you clicked that you will see this page How to Use the Jumpseat Function; 1. Click on the Get Jumpseat Ticket link. 2. You will now see Purchase a Jumpseat Ticket page. Select an Airport you wish to transfer to. You should see a list of airports giving its; ICAO NAME Ticket Price Travel Time. 3. Once you have selected an airport you wish to jumpseat to, click Buy Jumpseat Ticket button. It will then confirm that your jumpseating to wherever you selected, in the example below, EGGW to EGSS. It will also state the remaining time left until your jumpseat will be completed. In the example 5mins and 53secs. 4. Once the time is up, the time will then change to the text Arrived! Then a few second after that, the page will refresh ready to purchase another ticket. NOTE; All Jumseating takes 0.25 of a minute (15 Seconds) per nautical mile (NM) to complete. Also it will cost you 0.10 per NM to Jumpseat. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 27

16 Bids/Bookings in General 16.1 After bidding on any of these flights you can see all your bided flights in your 'Pilot Centre' Profile under 'My Flight Bids' page In here if you decide not to fly that flight you recently bided on, the just double click 'Remove Bid' and the flight will be removed If you have no intention of flying any flights you bid on please can you remove them. Please DO NOT leave them otherwise other pilots cannot fly them. CLICK HERE to remove you bids/bookings. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 28

17 Diversions 17.1 Here at WeGo we encourage diversion to add to the realism to your flight simulator experience. In the real world, flights would divert for many reasons The following diversions are considered here at WeGo; Weather (Wind) If the wind is too strong for your aircraft mean or cross wind limit, you may divert Weather (Visibility) All airport approaches have minima for landing, if the weather is below minima, you may divert. SEE Section 17.4 for more info Technical Issues with Aircraft Some aircraft add-ons like the PMDG aircraft have setting where random technical issues will occur. Also FS2Crew have various add-ons to achieve this too. WeGo does accept this as a diversion reason, but misuse of this reason i.e. a regular occurrence will lead to PIREP Rejections Technical Issues with Simulator I know technical issues with your simulator is quite frustrating. We allow diversions if you feel your simulator is not performing as it should. We only accept this diversion reason as a last-ditch effort. Misuse of this reason i.e. a regular occurrence will lead to PIREP Rejections Other Emergencies Other add-ons from FS2Crew also simulate in flight medical emergencies. You may divert with this reason although misuse of this reason i.e. a regular occurrence will lead to PIREP Rejections If you have carried out a diversion, YOU MUST; Enter a comment on the WeGoACARS Tracker before filing PIREP Send any screenshots to support your reason to ops@wegoairwaysva.co.uk with the subject DIVERSION CLICK HERE to send (DIVERSION is entered automatically under Subject). What information is needed in the ; NAME, PILOT ID; FLIGHT NUMBER; DEPARTURE ICAO; ARRIVAL ICAO (INTENDED): DIVERSION ICAO; AIRCRAFT TYPE; REASON FOR DIVERSION; SCREENSHOTS TO SUPPORT YOUR DIVERSION. 30 17.4 Weather Diversion (Visibility) Some pilots have asked this question about minima on the charts and how to use them. Here at WeGo we want you to follow the rules (if you wish) to add more realism to your flight simulator experience. Below is how to use the charts, and what information is needed for you flight; Aircraft Categories What aircraft category are you? This depends on the size, type of aircraft relative to your approach speed multiplied by a factor of 1.3 in the table below. Below is explained in more depth; The table above is the ICAO standard Aircraft Categories. Most important part of this table the first two columns; Aircraft Category & Vat. Let s look at two examples; Example 1; You are flying a Light Aircraft (C172), single engine under IFR rules. Your approach speed is 70kts and over the threshold (Vat = Speed at threshold) is 65kts. So the category of our aircraft is a CAT A aircraft this is because our Vat is less that 91kts (<91kts). Example 2; We shall use this example through out this section now. You are flight an Airbus A320. Your approach speed and over the threshold (Vat = Speed at threshold) is 137kts. So the category of our aircraft is a CAT C aircraft this is because our Vat is 137 and the CAT C range is between kts Continued next page.. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 30

Approach & Approach Minima Rules. Continuing with our A320 at 137kts approach speed (CAT C aircraft), we now elect to approach with the ILS. Looking at London Gatwick (EGKK) ILS 26L. The information at the bottom of the chart is very important. Example Weather; EGKK 2120z 260/01kt 0500 RVR26L 025 BR OVC001 05/05 Q1021 We know we are a Category C Aircraft (137kt Vat). Let s look at the different category approaches. Let s add some example weather; EGKK 2120z 260/01kt 0500 RVR26L 0250 BR OVC001 05/05 Q1021 Which Approach would you do? The chart above have been explain below. CAT 1 Approach - CAT 2 Approach - CAT 3b Approach - Need a minimum of 550m (Metres) RVR (Runway Visual Range) and a Decision Altitude (DA) (Barometric) of 400ft. Need a minimum of 300m RVR. Remember to read notes. If CAT D Aircraft read note 2. Decision with RA is decision height, so our Decision Height (DH) will be 101RA (Radio Altitude). REMEMBER If you cannot dial up 101ft DH on your RA, the you must round up, so 105ft and so on. On the chart above EGKK states that its RVR minima is 75m. This is also an ICAO/EASA requirement criteria. The DH, on Radio altimeter (RH) can be less than 50ft or no DH. But this is a company requirement and different airlines have different criteria. With WeGo we have no DH. But remember CAT3b Aircraft must be CAT 3b or higher equipped i.e Autoland, and both pilots must me LV Qualified (Low Visibility Approach). CLICK HERE - To See WeGo Shop for this rating. The table below show the ICAO Criteria for the different category approaches. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 31

ICAO Instrument Approach Rules There are certain rules that must be respected when carrying out an instrument approach; Extra Fuel must be carried equal to 30mins holding fuel in case of delays near destination during LVP s (Low Visibility Procedures) RVR (Runway Visual Range) must be equal to or more than the RVR Minima RVR less than RVR Minima an approach shall not be made RVR is above RVR Minima above 1000ft AGL (Above Ground Level) an approach can me commenced On Approach above 1000ft AGL and RVR reduces below RVR Minima, approach must discontinue no less than 1000ft AGL ICAO APPROACH BAN! On approach below 1000ft AGL and RVR reduces below RVR Minima, approach can be continued. If RVR less than RVR Minima, a GO-AROUND must be commenced at DH/DA A maximum of three approaches can be made. After three failed approaches, diversion is required The diversion airport weather must be greater than one less category or more approach. i.e. EGKK CAT 2 approach is below minima, diversion weather to be greater to fit minima of a CAT 1 or LOC/DME approach WeGo Rule If in doubt, DIVERT Then ASK! 33 17.5 Diverting WeGoACARS Before starting your flight, you must enter a diversion airport in the WeGoACARS tracker (top right). You can update the diversion airport throughout your flight, or if a better diversion is available it can be entered. When you need to divert, simply click the Divert button. For more information; CLICK HERE to see the WeGoACARS Guide 18 Special Operations and Tours 18.1 These can be found by clicking the link below. These are explained in detail per Special Ops and Tours. CLICK HERE to see current Special Operations and Tours. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 33

19 PIREP Auto System 19.1 WeGo has a PIREP auto system. This takes the voluntary work demand off the staff members that look after PIREPs that are submitted by the pilots after each flight % of the time, your PIREPs will be accepted without any issues. But the other 10% could go into review, this is then to be checked manually by staff On the home page (latest PIREP s) or your pilot profile pages, you will possibly see four different coloured boxes from time to time after you file a PIREP. The meaning of these boxes and colours are as follows; You will see a green box with the text Accepted inside. This means our Auto System has detected no issues with your PIREP and therefore your PIREP has been accepted. You will see a blue box with the text PIREP Under Review inside. This means our Auto System has detected one or more issues with your PIREP and therefore your PIREP has been has been sent to the WeGo Staff for manual review. Don t PANIC. This can be a number of reasons as follow; Negative Revenue We shall look at it and see whether the fuel loaded by pilot was a contributing factor OR it may be that the ticket price we get from the real-world airlines may be low to earn a profit. Likely outcome will be accepted with a comment added to your PIREP. Incorrect Airctaft Type While we are transitioning to a new Auto PIREP System, our system is still learning the different aircrafts it picks up from your aircraft config file. All we need to do is set what type of aircraft to the config name and then if you file another flight later using same aircraft, will likely be accepted straight away. The only way your PIREP will be rejected, is that if you fly an aircraft that is not allowed to be substituted with in the respective airline fleet you re flying. Dangerous Flying Detected Our system will pick up dangerous flying from you PIREP log report. If we see for example you stalled the aircraft, we shall consider how long it took to recover. If this is a regular occurrence we shall contact you regarding this PIREP, and will remain under review, and could be accepted or rejected depending on the review. If seen that it s only the once, and recovered quickly, we may comment and likely accept the PIREP. Mid Air Refuelling If this goes into review, we shall find it difficult to accept these reasons. This will likely be rejected with a comment. Landing Rate If this exceeds -1000fpm or more this will be subject to review. Weather on the day will be considered, if the weather is calm, then most likely lead to a PIREP Rejection Continue to next page. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 34

You will see a yellow box with the text Pending inside. This means the WeGo staff have dealt with your PIREP, and sent it for auto review again. If this box appears, it means that its running through its process and will likely show with the blue box again or the green box in which the PIREP has been accepted. It may also show a red box stating rejected if the WeGo staff deem the PIREP not to comply with WeGO SOP (Standard Ops Procedures). You will see a red box with the text Rejected inside. This means the WeGo staff have dealt with your PIREP, and deem your PIREP to not comply with WeGo SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) and rules. You will see a comment on the PIREP stating why it has been rejected. The follow reasons below are factors that could see a PIREP rejected; Over Fuelling Meaning maximum fuel taken for short flights that cause a negative revenue. Mid Air Refuelling Refuelled your aircraft during flight. INSTANT REJECTION Dangerous Flying Examples; Constant stalling, exceeding bank angles, exceeding dangerous pitch attitudes, will lead to rejection Wrong Aircraft Type If we find that you have flown an aircraft type that is not flown by the respective airline, or a livery not for the respective airline, PIREP will be instantly rejected. Dual Logging Flying for more than one airline at one time. If we find out you are flying for WeGo on our tracker, and flying for another airline on another tracker, your PIREP will be instantly rejected. You may also be subject to instant dismissal from WeGo or suspended! If your PIREP is rejected for any other reason, you will see a comment in the PIREP asking for a reason. If no reason is received after 12 hours, your PIREP will be rejected and a comment stating why. W e G o A i r w a y s S O P _ V Page 35
