5 Our history OSVIMA was founded in The business began from small premises located in Getafe. Accompanied by a small team OSVIMA took the decision to develop his vision further. Over time with lots of hard work, passion and a desire to excel, the founder and his team at OSVIMA grew. As we grew on local territory its customers confidence also grew. OSVIMA became an increasing force in the local Spanish market. The perseverance and reliability of the company went from strength to strength. The year 1993 was a pivotal year. The financial outlook was strong and OSVIMA put everything it had into the expansion of the factory and the acquisition of the latest technology and machinery. 5

6 Our history This put us in a position to approach the international market engineering of airplane parts. Until this present day, OSVIMA is always investing in the latest technology and machinery to keep one step ahead of its competitors and exceed our customers expectations. Osvima has highly qualified personnel, in this moment counts with a team of over 120 employees in Getafe for machining and assemblies of aeronautical parts, and 40 employees dedicated to design and manufacturing tooling in Móstoles. OSVIMA has for many years manufactured aeronautical parts and tooling. Today we have several certifications required for the assembly of units and several processes. 6
