Paint & Interior are average and although serviceable most owners will want to refurbish the paint as well as the interior in the near future, which we would recommend to do in conjunction with the 2C & gear overhaul due end of The avionics are also very basic, functional, but basic. The shining star of this particular serial number is the ownership & maintenance pedigree. International Paper/Temple Inland took delivery of this new from Dassault Falcon Jet in 1983 and operated it, along with 4 other sistership Falcon 50 s, until 2012 when we purchased it for the current owner, a oil company out of Houston, TX. International Paper had a full in house team of factory trained technicians and took the aircraft only to the top facilities for all larger scheduled maintenance events such as Duncan & Standard Aero. Since we purchased the aircraft in 2012 we have only maintained the aircraft with Phoenix Rising Aviation, which is a Legacy Falcon only shop specializing in Falcon 10, 20, 50, & 900 s. They very recently were a key note speaker at the DFJ Legacy Operator conference in Texas. For a buyer that wants an extremely well maintained and professionally managed and operated aircraft SINCE new Falcon is the best in class.
