In Zambia, villagers at Nakatindi are cultivating a vegetable garden which generates an income from its produce and supplies local lodges. AKP and Rhino Conservation Botswana in partnership with the Botswana Defence Force and the Department of Wildlife have facilitated the translocation of up to 20 rhino into Botswana s Moremi Reserve. In Jordan, A&K works with Madrasati (My School) and offers support to rehabilitate Balquees School in Amman improving safety and the learning environment, and providing field trips to local sites. A&K in Morocco, supports Al Karam, a home in Marrakech that houses street children in emergency situations and provides activities for children living on the street.
