7 DirecAons GPS co- ordinates LaL South Long East Address 660 Takou Bay Road, Kerikeri, Northland (off SH10, 15 minutes north of Kerikeri) DirecAons from the South (Auckland and Whangarei) Follow SH1 north towards Whangarei. Con.nue on SH1 north of Whangarei. Turn leh through Kawakawa, and right onto SH10. Follow SH1 past Kerikeri towards Waipapa. Con.nue north for 8km beyond Waipapa. Turn right onto Takou Bay Road. Follow for 1 km and then turn leh. Follow Takou Bay Road to the very end and enter property through the green gates. Allow 20 minutes from Kerikeri, 1.5 hrs from Whangarei and hrs from Auckland. DirecAons from Kerikeri Airport Turn leh from the airport exit. At the roundabout on SH10 turn leh and follow SH10 to Waipapa, and then follow direc.ons as above. DirecAons from the North (Doubtless Bay, Mangonui, Coopers Beach) Head south on SH10 towards Kaeo. Con.nue south through Kaeo, past the lah hand turn to Matauri Bay. Take the next leh, signed Takou Bay Road, and follow direc.ons above. Arrival InformaAon Check in is from 2pm onwards. Drive directly to your CoLage or Lodge which will be open and ready for you (detailed direc.ons are provided with your booking and confirma.on note). Please go in and make yourselves at home. There is an Informa.on Folder inside, with maps and local area informa.on which will answer any immediate ques.ons, and a guest office with phone and computer (unmanned) at the back of the Lodge. If you arrive before 4pm, one of us will be on the property. If we miss you, one of us will come and see you the following morning. Self- catering Supplies The CoLages and Lodge are self- catering. We are a 20 minute drive to Kerikeri with its shops, restaurants and wineries, so recommend you stop in Kerikeri for supplies en route to the property.

8 Terms and CondiAons CancellaAon Policy Due to our in.mate size, cancella.ons have a significant impact on us. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancella.ons. In the event that you cancel, we make every effort to fill your nights. If we are successful, no charge is made. If however we are unable to fill your nights, we reserve the right to charge you the full rate for all your unfilled nights. Children Children are welcome in The Lodge, Shearers, River and Summer CoLages. Magic CoLage is not suitable for children and is reserved for couples. Our Glamping Site can be configured to cater for a small family. Minimum Stay We have a two night minimum stay. Single nights may be considered, and a single night supplement charged. Please contact us for details. Smoking Policy We are pleased to offer guests a smoke- free environment. Should you need to smoke, it should be carried out outside, well away from other guests, open windows/doors. Should this be ignored, we reserve the right to make a cleaning surcharge. Fire is our biggest hazard, so safe disposal of matches and cigareles must be observed. Check in and Check out Ames Check in is from 2pm onwards. Check out is by 10am on your day of departure, and we require that your room be vacated by this.me. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of guests staying must not be exceeded the number booked. We reserve the right to charge for addi.onal guests. Internet Use WiFi is available in the Guest Office and in The Lodge, River, Summer and Shearers CoLages. There is no charge for reasonable use (i.e. to check s). Large data use is not included and we reserve the right to charge for this.
