All Eurail, Eurail Select Pass, ad Natioal Europea passes* may be preseted for applicatio for a refud up to oe year from the date of issuace. (*Coditios may vary for regioal ad promotioal passes). Refud applicatios must be submitted to the office where the pass or ticket was purchased with appropriate, origial documetatio, such as all compoets of the origial pass. Ay refudable amout is subject to a miimum 25% cacellatio charge. A 100% cacellatio fee will be applied for couchettes ad sleepers if space is ot cacelled ad the vouchers were ot edorsed with a railway official stamp. Hadlig fees ad seat reservatios are o-refudable. Refuds for uused Eurail sector tickets or sleeper reservatios may oly be cosidered if the ticket is retured prior to the commecemet validity date o the tickets or otherwise edorsed by a Europea or British railway office as uused, prior to first day of ticket validity. This may be arraged at ay respective Europea or UK railway statio, except the arrival city o the ticket. Tickets ot so edorsed caot be refuded after the validity commecemet date. Tickets must be retured withi 60 days of the travel date o the ticket, to the place of issue for a refud. Thereafter, o refud is possible. BritRail coditios 18. Cosecutive Passes are valid for the period idicated o the pass ad the passholder may travel o ay date withi the limits of the period of validity. 19. Flexipass holders are etitled to a specified umber of days withi the period of validity ad the date of use must be etered i (blue/black) ik or ballpoit pe before boardig the first trai each day i the correspodig box o the caledar. Party Pass holders are required to travel together at all times ad be of the same Pass Type. 20. Passes expire at midight o the last day of validity. However, this validity (ad that for ay day of travel chose uder the Flexipass formula) may be exteded through to the destiatio or callig poits of a trai that has commeced its jourey before midight, provided that the pass holder has boarded that trai also before midight st Class passholders should ote that some trais provide Stadard Class accommodatio oly, ad that this is allowed for i the pricig of the 1st Class Pass. 22. No supplemets are required for some trais, but additioal paymets will be required for reserved seats ad sleeper reservatios, meals etc. Seat reservatios are rarely obligatory but, for busy trais/public holidays, are advisable. Sleeper reservatios should be made i advace. A bookig file fee applies to all cofirmed trai reservatios, i additio to the reservatios charges imposed by the railways. 23. Seior Passes are available for persos 60 years of age ad over. Youth Passes may oly be used by persos uder 26 years of age. Child Passes may oly be used by persos uder 16 years of age ad childre uder five travels free o Participatig Operator Services. 24. Use of a pass that has bee altered or tampered with, which is forged, which is beig used by someoe other tha the perso to which it was issued or which is beyod its validity period, will be withdraw by Cotrol Staff ad paymet for the jourey beig udertake will be demaded. Other steps may be also take. 25. A refud will be grated if a pass is uused or ot validated pass is retured to the office from which it was purchased withi six moths from the date of issue ad bears o evidece of havig bee tampered with. No refud ca be made i Britai or if the pass caot be produced or if lost or stole. No refud will be made o a partially validated or uused pass. Geeral Coditios 26. For Japa ad USA rail tickets, the passeger ame o the ticket must correspod directly with the ame i the passeger s passport. 27. Detailed coditios for each specific product offered by Rail Plus are detailed i the accompayig trasportatio compay documetatio at time of ticket issue. Copy of such coditios may be requested prior to purchase. It is the resposibility of the customer to read all documetatio prior to commecemet of travel. 28. Paymets must be made strictly i accordace with the requiremets stipulated for each product at the time of bookig. Uless otherwise stated, paymet is required by 2pm EST & 2pm New Zealad time o specified day as per your ivoice. 29. I geeral, a miimum cacellatio fee of 25% is imposed o uused passes. Bookigs made 5 days or less before departure from Australia or New Zealad icur a late bookig charge of $25.00 i additio to the bookig file fee. 34. For ay deposits or fial balaces paid by credit card a additioal charge of 1% for Visa ad Mastercard, 2% for America Express will be added to the ivoice value of the bookig.
