2 What is Our landlords. Free Space+ is a Revo initiative supporting budding businesses ready for the next stage in their evolution. We are looking for enterprises that are small, hungry and would benefit from the experience of trading in an established retail centre. We have locations to suit every type of entrepreneur from the big destinations, to smaller more local retail places that are the heart and soul of their communities. We have kept the limitations for entry to the competition to a minimum. The key ingredients we are searching for are entrepreneurial spirit, passion, drive - businesses that have the potential for longevity. Whether you are a physical startup, an on-line only operation, a family owned developing business or anything in between with a promising future - we want to hear from you! To enter, just submit a short video (created on your smart phone even!) to show us what you re about and where you d like to be plus you need to answer a few questions online. You ll be able to choose a preferred location and the shortlisted entrants will be asked to pitch for their desired retail place, which also comes with a comprehensive support package. Limitations for competition entry have been kept to an absolute minimum. The key requirements that we are searching for include a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, passion and long term potential. 4 Pick your region. Scotland? Our members have offered thriving retail locations all over the UK with over a hundred sites available for you to choose from. In your application, you ll have to provide us with sound reasons for choosing your preferred centre - so choose wisely.* When you pick your region and preferred retail places think about why this retail location would be good for your particular business. The key below shows what and where the centres are some are large with a high footfall offering a very competitive environment for all retailers, whilst others are smaller, with a more local community focus. The Apply button at the top of the page will take you straight through the application form.you have six weeks to submit your entry, completing all the questions as well as providing a link to your short video pitch (no longer than two minutes). *For placement of winners, it will be at the discretion of the judging panel/landlords as to which centres will host the winners. This category covers shopping places likely to be convenience/needs based, a lower customer spend, frequent customers/ visits, 2 hours or less dwell time, could be an arcade, or a retail mix tailored to local community and catchment.
