In partnership with City of Coquitlam, upgrade Victoria Drive to arterial standard, including re- construction of Apel intersection for future signalization. Replacement of cast iron high pressure watermain, and addition of new sidewalk on south side of Pooley. Replacement of existing deteriorated culvert. Planning study and preliminary design in preparation for the replacement of the Lougheed Bridges. Upgrading of street light fixtures on CMO from High Pressure Sodium (HPS) to LED to address luminaire cracking from bridge vibration and movement. Replacement and upgrading of traffic signal and associated infrastructure.
