1 EuroMayenne Activities September August 2014 This document will tell you about the plans we have made for outings each month. It is on the website, but it is also designed to be printed off if you prefer having a hard copy available, and for the benefit of those who do not have internet access. Some events are old favourites which members enjoy going to each year, such as the Car Boot Sale, the social get-togethers at Christmas and the Plant Swap. Others are outings to places you might not have visited, some of which are only available to groups. If you have any ideas for other activities do please let me know. Maybe even volunteer to join our little group who do the planning each year? A few important points to note Please inform the organiser at least 7 days in advance of the event you are going to. Send your cheque (payable to EuroMayenne) direct to the organiser unless it says otherwise, together with a completed form (page 4 below, or from the website). As the programme is put together during the summer, some details can change as time goes by. Please always check the current month s activity on the website or ring the organiser. Membership of the association provides automatic entitlement to attend any or all of the clubs. There may be a little extra fee to pay for some of them. REMINDER ABOUT BRING & SHARE BUFFETS AND PICNICS Please remember to bring your own utensils, plates, glasses, etc.and take them with you when you leave.
