Adecco Nexity Conseil & Transaction Lease Nexity Conseil & Transaction advised Adecco on the sale of their former 10,500 sq m office headquarters and on the lease acquisition of their new 13,400 sq m HQ in Villeurbanne (Lyon Carré de Soie). Office Depot Asia Pacific Properties Office Depot appointed Asia Pacific Properties (APP) to assist in establishing their Asia regional headquarters and a major sourcing office in Shenzhen their first in China. Coca-Cola Soft Drink Consulting GVA Sawyer GVA Sawyer advised Coca-Cola Soft Drink Consulting in the leasing of approximately 3,000 sq m of office space in Kutuzoff Tower business centre, a 20 storey office building in Moscow. Private Client Bilfinger Real Estate Germany Asset/Letting/Facilities Bilfinger RE Germany provided various services on the Trianon building based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The office has a total space of 84,600 sq m.

RiksTV GVA CRE Norway GVA Norway CRE has been appointed by RiksTV as their tenant representation service provider. On behalf of the client, the team is negotiating new office space of approximately 2,200 sq m in prime locations in Oslo. La Française AM Nexity Conseil & Transaction Nexity Conseil & Transaction has advised ERDF in the 10,500 sq m office lease acquisition of Etoile Ampere in Aix-en-Provence. Monumental Aguirre Newman Aguirre Newman owned the exclusive agency mandate for Monumental on their 18,391 sq m office space. The office is located 10 floors above the shopping centre Dolce Vita and includes a cinema and five parking floors.

The process involved negotiating terms on the preferred option by way of short term sub lease post, which will lead to a main lease with the landlord. Nexity Conseil & Transaction has finalised a new 9,670 sq m office lease acquisition for B2V Gestion Group in La Defense. This is the largest 2015 office transaction in La Defense so far. GVA Redilco has advised DLA Piper, the global law firm, for the relocation of their 6,000 sq m headquarter in Milan. Bilfinger GVA was appointed to dispose of 7,388 sq m Grade A offices in Clifford Chance s international headquarters in London. Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors announced the signing of new lease contracts of over 1,000 sq m of office space at Iris in the Warsaw district of Mokotów. Bilfinger RE Germany advised on this 10,600 sq m office, providing services including letting, construction project and consulting solutions.

The 34,000 sq m office is the client is based in Madrid. Johnson & Johnson GVA Sawyer GVA Sawyer advised Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Institute in the leasing of approximately 1,100 sq m office space in the Lootch building located in Moscow s historical centre. Deckers Outdoor Corporation Asia Pacific Properties Deckers required a dedicated office tenant representative for multiple offices in Beijing, Shanghai and a China HQ of 750 sq m. APP managed the entire office site selection, office build and move-in process and completed it all 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
