2 UK To Abroad (UK based calls) International Favourites DISE Only The International Favourites Bolt On gives 3000 minutes to call up to five contacts in 60 countries from the UK. There are 2 options: Bolt On Includes Monthly Cost RRP 3 numbers 3000 landline minutes from the UK to 3 international numbers, 8.51 plus a Call Me number* 5 numbers 3000 landline minutes from the UK to 5 international numbers, plus a Call Me number* * Call Me number is a phone number from one of 42 countries abroad. When contacts over there ring it, the call goes through to a nominated mobile here in the UK. And they won t have to pay international charges. Please note: Calls to mobiles in Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the USA are included as if they were landlines in your 3000 minutes allowance when chosen as one of the three or five Favourites. You can change your outbound numbers every month and your Call Me Number every six months. 2

4 O 2 Travel DISE only, Zones 1 & 2 only This is the default roaming option and all DISE CLIs are provisioned with O 2 Travel, there is no opt out. Customers pay a connection fee of 41p RRP ex VAT for all calls made and received in Europe. Calls are then free for up to 60 minutes. Customers will only be charged 1.66 RRP ex VAT for the days that they use data in Europe, up to 15MB a day (customers will be alerted when they reach this allowance) Please refer to O 2 Data explained document for more information on this. Other charges: Calls back to the UK and within Europe outside of bundled allowance - 30p per minute. For each call exceeding 60 minutes, customers will be charged 30p per minute from the 60th minute onwards. This is charged in per second increments. Texts sent to the UK and Europe - 9p (free to receive). Where the 15Mb per day data allowance may not be enough, customers can request an additional 15Mb for another 1.66 RRP Restrictions O 2 Travel is only available on DISE. O 2 Travel is not available on ABS, mobile broadband or data only tariffs. O 2 Travel is only available to customers with a domestic voice tariff. If customers have an existing roaming bolt on My Europe Extra, Chosen Country Spain, Ireland Bolt On these will need to be removed to benefit from O 2 Travel. Please note that any bolt ons on a 12 month contract will be held to term, should they be cancelled. 6 International & Roaming

5 My Europe Extra DISE Only O 2 Travel service has to be removed before My Europe Extra can be activated. (Please note O 2 will not activate My Europe Extra automatically it must be requested.) My Europe Extra supersedes O 2 Travel (automatically applied to all DISE connections) in zones 1 & 2. It offers a flat rate of 17p per minute to make calls in Europe (Zone 1 and 2) and includes: Calls within Europe Calls back to the UK There is also no charge to receive calls whilst in Europe. (Subject to a cap of 1000 minutes per month for calls made and received). 6 Chosen Country Spain DISE only This service is no longer available to connect for new users or mobile numbers. If a user already has the service then that service will continue until removed. Once removed it cannot be re-applied. Ireland bolt on DISE only Customers must be on the O 2 Ireland network to receive the following discounted rates: Monthly Rental Cost to make a call FOC 17p Cost to receive a call 5.83p Ireland bolt on and O 2 Travel are both compatible on the same CLI, so the above rates will apply in Ireland only. O 2 Travel calls and data roaming charges will apply elsewhere in Europe zones 1 and 2.
