4 Terms & Conditions 1. INFANT visa charges are 12000/- (Pak rupees). 2. CHILD will be charged full package. 3. Above packages includes full transport i.e JEDDAH----JEDDAH (with Ziaraat & Madinah) 4. Arrival / departure of flights ex-madinah airport will be charged 150 Sr of 4 pax taxi and for more than 4 pax up to 7 pax 200 Sr will be charged for transport. 5. All agents are requested to inform the Transport Timings to their Booked pilgrims which are as under: 6. Above Package price does not include any kind of Meal and laundry. 7. The Mautamir will have to take the package for the complete duration of stay. 8. Complete journey must be performed as per booked dates and plan -- any deviation will result in non refundable cancellation of unutilized services. For example a person traveled for 15 days package but after 10 Days he returns in such case No refund will be given of Unused 5 days stay. 9. Traveling without Information & Without Voucher:- a. Traveling without voucher & without information to this company is not allowed. Any person traveling without voucher & without information will not get any service in Saudi Arabia. Respective agent / Mautamirs will have to pay the following charges: Full Package price irrespective of his duration of stay. 1000/- Saudi Riyal as fine. Note:- Following is totally prohibited & shall not be allowed at any cost: Self Hiring of Accommodation. Living with Relatives: Visa only Package AND SHORT Packages are not allowed. Returning /handing over of Passports to person during his stay in KSA is not allowed. 10. Visa Cancellation Charges. After Approval before applying for Visa: After Cancellation/Rejection of Visa After Visa Stamp if Person due to his own reasons does not travel. In all above cases Full package will be charged
