3 Terms & conditions Peak Season Price and Duration During the peak Darshan seasons, i.e. Mandala - Makaravilakku season (15 November to 20 January), package duration, services and costs can change. Please contact us for details. Food Only South Indian vegetarian food to be served. Food will be served only from morning 7 am to 9 pm. During the time of Tirtha Yatra (divine journey) food will be served onboard. Only snack packets will be served during Sannidhanam Darshan hours by ITAALIN as per need. Accommodation Hotel/home stay with triple-sharing basis. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Check in time is 2:00 pm Vehicle Transportation is provided on basis of availability of seat in coach (SIC) Type of the vehicle will be decided as per group size No additional charges for driver, toll, batta and parking. Vehicle will be provided for transfers and booked package tours only. Irrumudi-Kettu We will provide an Irrumudi with two mudra bags (vazhipad sanji), one polished coconut, Ghee, 2 coconuts [vidalai thengai] and all offering essential [vazhipad items] for part of the Neivedyam [Panchamrutam and Panagam] Kettunira ceremony Kettunira place may be in the nearby Temple or a special designed pandal (Mandapam) with all pooja essentials [Nilavilakku, pooja essentials for the part of the Genapathi Prasadam, Agerbathi, Camphor, oil and ghee etc.] General Conditions Sabarimala package cost, terms & conditions are applicable for monthly pooja seasons only.

4 Information should be furnished at the time of booking for your additional requirements like polished coconuts with ghee [one we provide with pooja kits ], coconut, quantity of prasadams [ Appam, Aravana and Abhisheka ghee etc. ], Pooja mani offering bell], flower mala, vehicle decoration, sound systems & lights, photo, video and additional vehicle, etc. Booking procedure Plan/select your Tirtha Yatra schedule from our Tour Calendar (given below). Fill up our online requisition slip for bookings. We will immediately contact you and subsequently send you an for detailed request confirmation (DRC) with itinerary recommendations. Once you confirm the package and date of Yatra (departure), we will send an with payment details. Please make 40 percent advance payment within 2 days of mailing the DRC. Itaalin holds a DRC only for 2 days (48 hrs) from the time of mailing of DRC. We send you a detailed booking confirmation (DBC) letter along with the voucher, as soon as when we receive your advance payment. The remaining amount i.e. 60 percent must be paid latest by 20 days prior to the commencement of the journey. Balance payment will not be accepted by cheque. Booking can be started from 120 days in advance and the minimum of 20 days Cancellation policy If an unexpected circumstance should arise and impact your Tirtha Yatra (tour) plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Itaalin understands if you need to change your plan. Note that tour plan can be changed, provided that requests are made in writing 30 days prior to the commencement of tour. Deviation charges and next program can be discussed and finalised with our tour planning execute. 5 Price does not include charge for laundry service, telephone & internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral water, travel insurance, tickets of air, train and bus, movie/video camera fee at monuments or any other expenses which is not specified. Child below 5 years will be complimentary. Any extra bed/breakfast which is not mentioned has to be paid by guest as per hotel policy. In case there is any change in the price of hotel, transport and house boats, the same will be communicated to yourself and only your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for unutilized services. Due to calamity or Disaster like Tsunami, heavy rain, land collapse, benth, Harthal, Strike or any lack of our capacity, we are not responsible for any lose or damage. All package itineraries are sample itinerary, intended to give you a general idea of the likely visiting places, activity duration and trip schedule etc. Numerous factors such us weather, traffic & road conditions and physical condition/ability of the pilgrim/tourist may dictate itinerary changes. In case of traffic rush or vehicle breakdown, the time loss due to any incident will not be compensated Itaalin acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, transport and house boat etc. No responsibility will be taken by Itaalin regarding the standard for any service and all bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not Itaalin. All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the package tours arranged or co. 6 Ladies and girls aged between 10 to 50 years are not allowed beyond Pampa checkpoint. Ladies need to carry identity of age proof, to prove eligibility to cross the check point. Sabarimala Tirtha Yatra pilgrims should not carry plastic water bottle for carrying drinking water from Pampa to Sannidhanam, because this holy place areas have been declared as plastic-prohibited area by govt. authority Sabarimala holy premises must kept neat and clean. Discarding and littering of used clothes are prohibited and are punishable as per local regulations. All tourist and devotees must possess a valid ID card that mentions DOB and Residence Address. An ID photocopy has to be mailed to us as part of the booking process.
