2 STUDIO 20 NORWICH TERMS & CONDITIONS A few simple requests to help the studio run smoother and happier: Please note that dates are neither held or confirmed until payment has been made and we have been notified of confirmation. Often people request several dates for consideration which can lead to confusion. Once we have sent over the payment details and reference, and you have made the transfer, let us know and we will book you on the calendar. Please do not rely on us checking the bank account. It is advisable that you contact us a day or two before your booking to once again confirm that you are still coming and at what time. Although we do our utmost to keep track of all bookings, and have only had one error in 3 years, it is better for everyone s peace of mind to check in a day or two before. Please note that mid week hires start from 9.30am *or later if you so desire*. Please do not turn up earlier. The studio is only manned from Monday to Friday. At the weekends we make a special trip to let you both in and out. With this in mind please note the following: Unless you give us good notice that you will be late, we will wait at the studio for a maximum of 20 mins from your arranged arrival time. At the end of your hire, please wait until we arrive to collect the key and lock up after you. If you think you will finish early contact the number provided ( ) giving us at least half hour notice. Do not leave the key with anyone else, or leave the studio unattended. Finally, please leave the studio as you found it. Do not leave any equipment at the studio, even if you have a booking the following week etc. All colour rolls must be taken down. It s fine to leave your rubbish in a tidy pile for us to clear away. 3 PARKING & UNLOADING Directly outside the studio there are double yellow lines, but feel free to unload your equipment into the studio before you set off to park your car. Also, there is a cash machine opposite the studio. The closest car park to the studio is just behind it Monastery car park (B) but you can choose cheaper options a little further away Colegate car park (A) & St Saviours Lane car park (C). PLEASE NOTE: Parking restrictions outside the studio on a SUNDAY are lifted, parking is FREE as long as you park on the single yellow line just up from the studio. 5 20 is a large, naturally lit space for hire. The 20.3 x 13.9 ft (height 9.3ft) space is an ideal photographic studio which can also be used for exhibitions and workshops. It is centrally heated, with access to Wi-Fi, toilets and a changing area and is wheelchair accessable from level. Nearby parking (Monastery Court car park off Elm Hill) and tea and coffee-making facilities are also available. Located on Wensum Street in Norwich city centre, 20 is within easy walking distance of shops and sandwich bars, and just a hop across the road from the Artel Coffee Shop. 20 is available for 50 per day Monday to Friday 930am 5pm, with weekends available on request. Payment is required upon booking. A member of 20 will let you in and out of the premises, and will be contactable (if not already on site) for any assistance.
