1 Tube and train The nearest stations are Stratford station and Stratford International station and both provide stepfree access from entrance to platform. Stratford station is served by: Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Jubilee and Central lines National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and c2c London Overground services Stratford International station is served by: Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Southeastern High Speed 1 services You can also enter the Park via Hackney Wick station which is on the London Overground. More information is available at bus The 388 bus runs between Blackfriars in central London and Stratford City near the station entrance, going through the Park and stopping at the Copper Box Arena and Westfield Avenue near the London Aquatics Centre. The 308 bus runs between Clapton to Wanstead via Stratford City near the station entrance and Celebration Avenue in East Village. The 339 bus runs between Leytonstone and Shadwell, with stops at Stratford City near the station entrance, the London Aquatics Centre, and on Carpenters Road at King's Yard before exiting the Park at White Post Lane. The D8 bus runs between Crossharbour and Stratford International bus station, going through the Park including Carpenters Road and Pool Street (by the London Aquatics Centre). Stratford bus station and Stratford City bus station are both located in close proximity to Stratford station. If you are planning on visiting the Park but haven't booked a venue-specific activity, the closest car park is Westfield Stratford City with over 5000 spaces. Click here for more information. VENUE PARKING London Aquatics Centre (No. 5 on Park Map) Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis for visitors using the facilities at London Aquatics Centre. Blue Badge holder spaces and a motorcycle pool is available free of charge. Copper Box Arena (No. 9 on Park Map) A small car park is available for users of the Copper Box Arena. Blue Badge holder spaces are available for free. Copper Box visitors can also use the multi storey car park situated in the north of the Park at Here East (no. 15 on Park Map). Lee Valley VeloPark (No. 13 on Park Map) A car park is available at the entrance to Lee Valley VeloPark for facility users and spectators. Blue Badge holder parking is also available. If there are no spaces available, visitors can also use the Multi Storey Car Park at Here East (no. 15 on Park Map). Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre (No. 14 on Park Mae) A large car park is available at the entrance to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre for facility users and spectators. Blue Badge holder parking is also available. There is no cost for the car park. Timber Lodge Cafe (No. 11 on Park Map) There are a limited number of Blue Badge holder spaces at the Timber Lodge that are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The nearby Olympic Park Avenue has pay and display spaces with easy access to the Park. HOW TO USE OUR CAR PARKS The car parks at London Aquatics Centre, Copper Box Arena and the Multi Storey Car Park use an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system. This means you will need to pay for your parking in the venue before you leave, rather than paying on exit or when you are parking your car. More information on the system, including details of penalty fares for cars parked by people who are not visitors to the Park's venues, can be found here, as well as on signs in the car parks themselves. Penalty fares apply for cars parked by people who are not visitors to the Park's venues. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments at this time. Park Mobility Service The Park Mobility service is available for visitors to the Park with mobility and/or visual impairment. It is delivered with support from our fantastic Park Champions - all trained volunteers. With our Park Mobility service, you can: Hire a mobility scooter or manual wheelchair Be driven around on our mobility 'golf buggy Sighted Guides Park Mobility is based at the Information Point in the south of the Park (opposite the London Aquatics Centre on the bridge next to Westfield Stratford City). For details of how to access the Information Point, please download the accessibility map below. Park Mobility runs daily between loam - 3pm daily. Please note that the golf buggy service is dependent on suitability trained volunteers availability. Customers are strongly advised to pre-book by calling , quoting 'Park Mobility'. 4 Slide 1 Slide 2 Slide 3 Next Operating Times Booking AND PAYMENT Pre-booking for all Park Mobility services is available and we strongly advise that customers do pre-book to be guaranteed a vehicle. To book, please call and mention Park Mobility. (Calls from landlines are charged at a local rate. Calls from some mobile operators may vary). The phone line is open from 9am - 6pm daily. Payment To ensure individual equipment bookings are honoured and to contribute towards maintenance costs, we do charge for the hire of mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs: Manual wheelchair hire = 3 (full day hire)* Mobility scooter hire = 5 (full day hire)* *A full day is from loam - 3pm (the operating times of the Park Mobility Service). Payments can be made in cash on the day of your booking. Park Mobility is available 7 days a week between loam - 3pm. It operates from the Information Point opposite the London Aquatics Centre. The Park Mobility service is being constantly monitored and, as we learn more about the demand for this service, we will continue to develop the operating schedule. We are delighted to now be able to offer a 7 day a week service! Please note that over the winter, on days where the weather is extreme the service may not run. Terms and Conditions Visitors will be asked to sign Terms of Conditions upon hire, and will be shown and instructed on how to use the equipment. The Park Mobility service operators reserve the right to refuse hire to anyone who they deem unfit to operate the equipment safely.

5 All visitors must bring a valid form of photo ID with then when they collect the equipment which will be scanned and kept on record The mobility scooters and wheelchairs must be returned to the Visitor Information Point and not left elsewhere in the Park There is no minimum or maximum period of time the scooter/wheelchair can be used (within the PM operating times), though we do ask for an indication on when you expect to return it. All equipment must be returned no less than 15 minutes before the service closes for the day The Park Mobility service reserves the right to close the service in extreme circumstances such as major events, extreme weather etc. We will endeavour to contact all customers in advance informing them the service is not operating. Visitors will be given the contact telephone number for the Park Mobility service at the Visitor Information Point to be used in case of an emergency or breakdown. The security team will also be briefed on the service, and are able to contact Park Mobility through a radio network. Visitors will be able to 'turn up on the day' and hire a scooter/wheelchair if they have not been fully booked (all booked out in advance). However, we strongly advise booking as numbers are limited. Parking (Olympic Park Venues) There is designated Blue Badge parking located around the park at the different venues within the park. London Aquatics Centre Desiganted Parking Bays. Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre Designated Parking Bays. Lee Valley VeloPark Designated Parking Bays. South Lawn - 8 Designated Parking Bays. There is also a 200cm x 600cm designated on street parking bay next to the Timber Lodge Cafe. Parking (Multi Storey Car Park - North Park) The venue does have its own car park. Venue Car Park Parking is not free for all users. Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. The car park type is multi storey. Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders do not need to be booked in advance. The car park is located in the North area of the park. There is/are 10+ designated parking bay(s) within the car park. The dimensions of the designated parking bay(s) are 360cm x 500cm (lift loin x 16ft Sin). The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user unaided. The car park surface is tarmac. There is not a dropped kerb / non stepped access from the car park to the venue. The patron does not have to cross a road. The car park does not have a height restriction barrier.

6 Accessible Toilet There are accessible toilet facilites available for public use at; East Twenty Bar and Restaurant Timber Lodge Cafe. There are also accessible toilet facilities at the London Aquatics Centre, Copper Box Arena, Lee Valley VeloPark and Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. These facilities are for users/visitiors at the venue. Accessible Toilet (Multi Storey Car Park) Location of and access to accessible toilets There are accessible toilets within this venue designated for public use. The toilet is not for the sole use of disabled people. There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door. The accessible toilet is 30m (32yd 2ft) from the multi storey car park entrance. The accessible toilet is located at the side of the car park. There is level access to the accessible toilet. Follow your guide among the beautiful parklands, fountains and waterways designed by internationally renowned landscape architects and hear about the ongoing plans for the Park. 7 On the boat trip you'll pass through beautifully landscaped parklands in the shadows of some of the iconic venues from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games - the Stadium, ArcelorMittal Orbit, London Aquatics Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark, all while learning fascinating facts about the Park and its future from a professional tour guide. Tours are approximately 45 minutes and run daily between 12 noon and 5pm. They leave on the hour subject to tide and weather conditions, just turn up and hop on from the pontoon adjacent to the London Aquatics Centre). Prices: 8 Adult, 4 Child, 20 Family (2 + 2), Seniors 7, Local Residents 7 (Local Residents are the Park's neighbouring boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Greenwich, Newham, Tower Hamlets, and Waltham Forest.
