Travellers receive a comprehensive travel guide for their destination before they set off so they know what to expect when they arrive. Covering language, culture, business etiquette and much more, the travel guides will help the traveller prepare for their trip by outlining useful information such as what to wear for a business meeting, to local customs when out for dinner with a customer. Destination guides are sent by and can be viewed on the traveller s smart phone. Automated worldwide disruption alerts notify travellers of any issues that may affect their trip, such as strike action or an unforeseen incident.
