Appointments are the core of the show and allow buyers and sellers to meet face to face with prescheduled seven-minute appointments. Show Type: Conference & Marketplace Participation: Sign up directly with American Bus Association (Must be a member) VISIT FLORIDA Trade Event-Philadelphia, PA January 13, 2011 Description: This top event will focus on the retail travel agents in the Philadelphia market. The Philadelphia area is ranked in the top 5 domestic origin markets for our state and has great air service into our destination via US Airways and Southwest Airlines. 5 Peninsula Travel Presentations Norfolk, VA, Falls Church, VA, Cherry Hill, NJ March 22-24, 2011 Description: PENINSULA TRAVEL PRESENTATIONS, INC. provides a series of 5 minute round table presentations to small groups of 7 to 8 travel agents at a time. This unique format offers an excellent opportunity for vendors to educate and discuss with travel agents how best to present and sell their products. In addition to the round table presentations a table top tradeshow is hosted to maximize interaction with the travel agents. A VIP Travel Agent dinner is planned in Philadelphia the Monday prior to the shows. Payments must be received PRIOR TO THE EVENT and are non-refundable. (Usually 3 weeks in advance unless otherwise directed). If additional time is needed, please contact us to make other arrangements. VSPC must require payment in advance because we commit to show producers the number of booths needed and VSPC will be billed ourselves if we have no-shows. You must inform us in writing if you will not be attending or sending brochures. Because we ship early, VSPC must know two weeks in advance or you will be responsible for payment. In the event a show cancels, you will be issued a complete refund or if you prefer credit for a Leisure Travel event.
