Kirkpatrick, City Clerk P( December 1, 2015 evised 2016 At-A-Glance Calendar, Meeting & Schedule and the oliday Schedule WorkShop ECOMMEND: BACKGOUND: Approve the revised 2016 At-A-Glance Calendar and 2016 dates for Commission meetings, workshops and holidays. As a result of the agenda reviews the following changes were made to the 2016 At-A-Glance Calendar and the Meeting & Workshop Schedule. 1. escheduled July 7th and July 21st regular meetings to July 14th and July 28th, due to July 4th holiday and vacations. 2. emoved the June 7th Workshop. 3. Corrected the Budget Workshop #3 date from July 25th to July 20th. 4. Corrected the Budget Workshop #4 date from July 27th to July 25th. 5. escheduled the September I st and 15th regular meetings to September 8th and September 22nd to comply with budget requirements. 6. escheduled the September 20th Workshop to September 13th. There was also one request to consider adding the Year End Budget Adjustment to November 21st Special Meeting prior to installation of the new elected officials.
