This concept creates a single, continuous, homogeneous form: an inclusive, circular movement of people around the building who can enjoy the club lounge and leisure facilities with unrivalled views over the city and the wider region. INC is a place where people can come together and experience the vibrancy of the city on any number of levels live, work, play, stay and meet. The building is designed to be a city-defining development, providing a step change in the PRS, co-working, hospitality and retail offer across the North of England. Where, usually, tall buildings typically have smaller floor plates towards the top, we challenged the norm and established our biggest floorplates at the top of the building. This world-class development aims to appeal to people from all walks of life from young professionals, to families, employers, and the transient public. The vision is to establish a lifestyle that fits the aspirations of the city s innovative and dynamic businesses and people. INC will be a stand-out building that becomes an asset for Leeds, with accessible public space that enhances the community and offers premier facilities under one roof.
