Late Arrivals In case of an emergency or late arrival, please call the park warden on Telephones All mobile networks are available at Colchester Holiday Park. Pitches Levelling blocks may be required on some pitches at Colchester Holiday Park. Occupation If your pitch is unoccupied during the day please leave a sign on display, so people don t pitch on your space by mistake. Vacating Pitches are to be vacated by 12 noon, however, if you wish to stay a bit longer, please check for availability at the reception. ater/chemical aste Drinking water taps and chemical toilet points are situated throughout Colchester Holiday Park, as indicated on the map. Electric Hook-up here available, electric hook-up is included in the price. BBQ s BBQ s are permitted but must be allowed anywhere on the park. Dogs ell behaved, permitted breeds are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed in the children s play area. Dog owners are responsible for ensuring any fouling is disposed of hygienically. Toilets and Showers The toilet blocks are cleaned on a daily basis. hen cleaning is in progress please use alternative block. A disabled toilet and shower is also available, please ask at reception for key. Laundry ashing and drying facilities are available at Colchester Holiday Park. Prices are 3.50 per washing machine load and 1 per tumble dryer. Laundry sinks and ironing boards are also available. Please do not hang washing lines between trees or fences. Children s Play Area e have a small play area indicated on the park map, offering a slide, swings, a little climbing tower and a wooden train. Parental supervision is required. Children Parents are reminded that children are to be supervised by an adult and remain their responsibility at all times. TV Reception & ii There is a good TV signal across major areas of the park. ii is available, please ask at reception for details. Recycling s are provided for the disposal of your rubbish, and can be found on the map. Littering on the park and surroundings will not be tolerated. Large items of rubbish must be disposed of off site. ire Points ire points with extinguishers and alarms are situated throughout the park as indicated on the map please notify a member of staff immediately. Do not put yourself or others at risk. If necessary, dial 999 and ask for the ire Brigade. Visitors All visitors must report to reception before entering the park. Only one car per pitch is allowed. A visitor car park is situated next to reception. Visitors will be charged 3.00 per person, per day, must vacate by 8pm. Nature Reserves Colchester Holiday Park is situated in and around nature reserves. Care should be taken when walking around and children must be supervised at all times. Colchester Holiday Park does not take responsibility for any injuries caused. Noise Levels This is a family park, so please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum. No noise at all between the hours of 11pm and 8am.

All visitors should be aware that children may be playing throughout the park. Bicycles, scooters, segways and skate equipment are allowed on the park, however, please consider that speeding, and riding around the amenity block or other people s pitches is forbidden.
