Applicant is an operator of a well which has been commenced to or is currently producing from the common source of supply involved herein on the tracts of land or drilling and spacing units surrounding said Section 14 and the names and last-known addresses of the working interest owners, other than Applicant, in such offset well are set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The name and last-known address of each operator, other than Applicant, of a well which has been commenced to or is currently producing from the common source of supply involved herein on the tracts of land or drilling and spacing units surrounding said Section 14 are set fo rth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 2. Allegation of Facts By Order No , dated July 30, 2008, the Commission formed a 640 -acre drilling and spacing unit in Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 11 East of the IM, Hughes County, Oklahoma, for the Woodford common source of supply The Steinsick No. 1-14H Well, located in said Section 14, is currently completed in and producing from the Woodford common source of supply. 2.3 Since the date of entry of the order set forth in paragraph 2.1, above, additional or new data has been obtained in connection with the Woodford common source of supply sufficient to show a substantial change in conditions or change in knowledge of conditions existing in connection with such common source of supply underlying said Section 14 in that it now appears that the existing wells will not and ca t effectively and efficiently drain all of the primarily recoverable hydrocarbons in s' ~h "i. ~~*A a-. m.... ~ c o m m o n s o u r c e of s u p p l y u n d e r l y i n g s u c h s e c t i o n. Legal Authority. The relief sought by this application is authorized by 52 O. S Relief Sought. Applicant requests the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, amending the applicable orders of the Commission, including Order No , to authorize and permit four more wells in the 640 -acre drilling and spacing unit formed for the Woodford common source of supply in Section 14, Township 5 No rth, Range 11 East of the IM, Hughes County, Oklahoma, so as to produce hydrocarbons from such common source of supply, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other pa rty recommended by Applicant, and to establish proper allowables for such wells and such unit.
