9 General Terms and Conditions 1. Terms of payment : full amount with the evidence of payment attached to the application form must be paid. 2. There will be no refund in the events of withdrawal, cancellation and no show. 3. Dealers who offi cially represent at THAILAND 2013 are requested to attach an authorization letter with the application form. Name of designated operator on fascia board and cancellation for philatelic passport (if any) will not be allowed if no authorization letter is received. The authorization letter must be addressed to THAILAND 2013 Booth Rental Sub Committee. By 31 July One booth can represent only two designated operators at the maximum. 4. Domestic dealers who officially represent foreign designated operators must hold foreign booths. 5. Booth holders agree to maintain their space in an orderly and presentable condition in keeping with general scheme of the entire exhibition. 6. Booth holders agree to abide by the rules and regulations relating to sales booth laid down by THAILAND 2013 Organizing Committee. Booth Information 1. Booth is provided with standard fittings. Additional equipments can be requested at booth holders expenses. 2. Booth reservation will be confirmed on first-come-first-served basis. In case of the booth code is not filled out. Allocation of booth will be decided by THAILAND 2013 Booth Rental Sub Committee. 3. Booths can be rented by individuals and legal entities of show or trade or auction for the following items: - sale of stamps, postmarks and other philately related items ; - sale of philately books and journals ; - activities related to philatelic associations. Non philatelic products or materials are not allowed or offered for sale. 4. THAILAND 2013 Organizing Committee shall reserves the right to take any action including closing down the sales booths by the following reasons : 4.1 Illegal stamps or stamps from non UPU members are sold/offered. In this case, dealers cannot claim for any fi nancial compensation such as booth rental, travel expenses etc. 4.2 If the registered booth holder leaves the booth before the chosen period. THAILAND 2013 Organizing Committee will reserve the rights to manage the booth at its discretion without any prior notice THAILAND Bulletin 1 77
