We changed our dance times to 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and we stopped having workshops prior to the dances. We also cut the break time between tips from about 10 minutes to about 5 minutes to get more dancing in, and cut back on food we just had light snacks during the dance. The experiments seemed to work out pretty well, so we will continue them in 2013, but we will again have Plus workshops at 6:30 prior to our 7:00-9:00 dances. Sylvan Squares dances on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month, alternating Mainstream and Plus tips. Marty Northrup is our club caller. Attire is casual or traditional square dance clothing.
