Please ake noe of hese guidelines when compleing your form. GPW Business Rules 1. No hand wrien noices will be acceped for processing, his includes Adobe forms which have been compleed by hand. 2. Noices can only be submied in Adobe elecronic form forma o he submission address submi.egazee@gpw.gov.za. This means ha any noice submissions no on an Adobe elecronic form ha are submied o his mailbox will be rejeced. Naional or Provincial gazee noices, where he Z95 or Z95Prov mus be an Adobe form bu he noice conen (body) will be an aachmen. 3. Noices brough ino GPW by "walk-in" cusomers on elecronic media can only be submied in Adobe elecronic form forma. This means ha any noice submissions no on an Adobe elecronic form ha are submied by he cusomer on elecronic media will be rejeced. Naional or Provincial gazee noices, where he Z95 or Z95Prov mus be an Adobe form bu he noice conen (body) will be an aachmen. 4. All cusomers who walk in o GPW ha wish o submi a noice ha is no on an elecronic Adobe form will be roued o he Conac Cenre where he cusomer will be aken hrough he compleion of he form by a GPW represenaive. Where a cusomer walks ino GPW wih a sack of hard copy noices delivered by a messenger on behalf of a newspaper he messenger mus be referred back o he sender as he submission does no adhere o he submission rules. 5. All noice submissions ha do no comply wih poin 2 will be charged full price for he noice submission. 6. The curren cu-off of all Gazee s remains unchanged for all channels. (Refer o he GPW websie for submission deadlines 7. Incorrecly compleed forms and noices submied in he wrong forma will be rejeced o he cusomer o be correced and resubmied. Assisance will be available hrough he Conac Cenre should help be required when compleing he forms. ( or info.egazee@gpw.gov.za) 8. All re-submissions by cusomers will be subjec o he above cu-off imes. 9. All submissions and re-submissions ha miss he cu-off will be rejeced o he cusomer o be submied wih a new publicaion dae. 10. Informaion on forms will be aken as he primary source of he noice o be published. Any insrucions ha are on he body or covering leer ha conradics he noice form conen will be ignored. You are herefore advised ha effecive from Monday, 18 May 2015 should you no comply wih our new rules of engagemen, all noice requess will be rejeced by our new sysem.
