We have compiled information here that we hope will be useful to you during our time together in Naples. We suggest that you print this letter and the Hospitality & Resource Guide and bring them with you for reference. ARRIVAL A registration table will be set up in the hall near the River of Grass Ballroom on Wednesday December 7th, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday December 8th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00PM. There will also be a Hospitality Table at the event should you have any questions or need help at any time. Please visit the registration table and pick up your Living Life Divine packet which will contain: 1. Your name-tag (which you will serve as your admission to each program). 2. A program brochure listing the program schedule as well as other information regarding the program and other offerings. 3. Sai Maa Shakti Session registration will be available when you pick up your packet. Please bring your program brochure and name-tag with you to all sessions. PROGRAM OPENING The program begins at 7:30 PM, Thursday evening, December 8th in the River of Grass Ballroom, Naples Beach Hotel. The doors will open at 7:00 PM. Please be in your seats ready to begin by 7:20 PM and also please refer to the Hall Etiquette section of your program brochure before entering the Hall.
