1 October 17, 2017 Dear Exhibitor: The 49th Annual Gateway Farm Expo is fast approaching so get set to be in Kearney, Nebraska November 15 th -16 th, Kearney Farm Expo, Inc. is excited to offer agriculture producers and ranchers innova8ve and educa8onal ideas through demonstra8ons and exhibitor s products and services such as your own. Exhibitor registra8on is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14th, From 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Free load and unload of large equipment will be available from 8:00AM. to 5:00PM on Tuesday. An Exhibitor Recep8on hosted by AgDirect, Exchange Bank, KRVN, LandMark Implement Inc., LandMark Water, Mid-States Irriga"on & Repair and NTV, will be held for you on Tuesday, November 14th from 5:00-7:00PM in the Ag Pavilion at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds. Load & Unload Service - Gateway will provide a free load and unload service with fork-lies and pallet jacks for your convenience. Unload will be Tuesday, November 14th from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

2 Welcome to the 49th Annual Gateway Farm Expo The volunteers associated with our show have one pledge to you and that is to make the Gateway Farm Expo the best marke8ng opportunity you will experience all year. The informa8on below is designed to provide you with the basic informa8on you need for the 2017 Gateway Farm Expo. Load & Unload Service - Gateway will provide a free load and unload service with fork-lies and pallet jacks for your convenience. Unload will be Tuesday, November 14th from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Loading up at the end of the show will not begin 5:00PM Thursday. A forklie will also be available Friday for clean up. Clean up starts Friday at 8:00AM and ends at 12:00PM. All property needs to be removed from the fairgrounds aeer the show. Tables & Chairs - The deadline to pre-order tables and chairs is November 13, Tables are only $25 each and chairs are $3 each. AEer November 13th the will double to $50 per table and $6 for per chair. Show Hours - Wednesday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and Thursday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Your display should be in place by 9:00AM. Wednesday, November 15 th and must remain intact through 5:00PM Thursday, November 16 th. Exhibitor Lounge - Gateway provides an exhibitor lounge for you, the people in your booth, and your customers free of charge. The exhibitors lounge is located north end of the East Arena. Your ID MUST BE SHOWN to admit you to the lounge. The lounge is open at 4:00PM on Wednesday and Thursday. A selec8on of beer and soe drinks will be available for your enjoyment. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE LOUNGE. No alcohol will leave the designated lounge area. With proper ID, a wrist band will be given and must be worn while in the exhibitor lounge. Messages - Messages to exhibitors will be delivered periodically or posted by the show headquarters located In the Expo Building. Call or text (308) and your messages can be delivered to your booth. Wireless Internet - Wireless internet is provided free of charge. You will receive the password at check-in on November 14, Exhibitor Recep"on - Tuesday evening's recep8on from 5:00 to 7:00pm is in the Ag Pavilion. There will be plenty of appe8zers, drinks, and fellowship for all Gateway exhibitors. This event is courtesy of Ag- Direct, Exchange Bank, KRVN, LandMark Implement, LandMark Water, Mid-States Irriga"on & Repair and NTV. Your exhibitor badge will admit you to the exhibitor's recep8on. A wrist band will be given to those drinking adult beverages. Please have proper iden8fica8on. Complimentary Coffee & Donut - Enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut on Wednesday and Thursday morning, Compliments of the Kearney Visitors Bureau.
