Management of detail design for the Contractor. Value engineering on core/shear wall requirements on high-rise buildings. Realized considerable savings over conceptual design by others.

21 TRIANGLE HOUSE BUILDING We specialise in unlocking value in existing properties. Numerous complex structural alterations attest to this fact. The most recent example if the engineering of a complex 12-storey addition to the existing Triangle House Building in Cape Town. Although the client settled for a less elaborate scheme, the engineering of the complex alteration sets the tone for what is possible with existing buildings in the near future.
